Watson Clinic doctors are great but the billing department is a JOKE. No help whatsoever. The bill pay system will not allow me to log in with the password I always use, I reset the password and it still won't let me log in. After trying to reset it again the system locks me out. All I am told is I have to wait 24 hours. Ok, that doesn't fix the issues with the bill pay system. Sadly, I am considering changing my sons pediatrician due to this mess. I am constantly having issues and it seems like these people don't have their stuff together. Every time I call I get the run around. I would rather deal with the collections agency then the people in the billing department. Beware, Watson Clinic WILL send you to collections even if you are making a monthly payment. I didn't specify that I wanted my payments to go towards the oldest bill (DUH, wouldn't you do that anyways when everything is lumped together) and some "dropped off" into collections as it was worded by billing. Now how do I do that if I pay online. I refuse to give card info over the phone which is what they keep trying to get me to do. Last time I did that some ended up going on a shopping spree with my information. No Thanks.
They try to do good. You really must be on top of your care to get what you need. The lab is excellent and Radiology is good too. Some doctors are great and some are not. However, I just has a large problem and I was upset and scared. The patient services department did help me and they did it fast. So that’s a plus
Really makes you wonder what's the point in having an appointmentif your just gonna wait for 1.5 hours after your appointment time to be seen .
The doctors are good, but that is about it. We always had to wait a minimum of 45 minutes to get into our appointment. The business hours mean you have to call while you are at work. I was actually hung up on several times. Often times service members would get upset if i asked for clarification on billing or insurance procedures.
Called to see about a sports physical and the Nurse that answered the phone said she didn't know if there was a doctor that does that. I asked again if she could find out and she said she don't have time right now to call back later. Thanks, for nothing!
All board certified doctors and a good support staff makes this a major contributor to good medical care in the region.
Naydene in the billing office answered my insurance questions in 5 minutes. I was on the phone with the actual insurance company for over 3 hours & got no where.
It seems that my insurance co failed to tell me that the Dr I have been going to for 10 yrs is OUT OF NETWORK with my new insurance . Watson clinic would get 5 stars if they took MY stupid specific plan :-(
I'm selfish, I will not tell you who is my brilliant, smart, talented Dr is. I want to be able to make appointments for me. I don't want his/her office overwhelmed. LOL!!
Absolutley ZERO stars. I will be reporting them to the BBB and any other group I can. They straight up lied to me about being in-network. Even went as far as to lie about checking coverage after receiving my insurance info. Now I somehow owe them $333. Yeah. Right.
Quality of care is way down.
Watson is only interested in making you get tests that aren't necessary.
I told the doctors exactly how i felt and went elsewhere.
If I could give a zero stars I would have. I went to my primary doctor several times about pain in my back. The first time I was given medicine, the second time a shot to "get me home", and the third time a ct scan, which was taken in the wrong section of my back. The abscesses were not seen because now you show the the area and they take a ct scan of a small area, instead of around the area. My diagnosis was severely missed which caused the most excruciating pain in my life. I ended up on a walker and being pushed in a wheelchair to my appointments. I could not walk, my spine was infected with two abscesses which were not caught until I went in for the fourth or fifth time, when an MRI was ordered. It was scheduled a week out, and my doctor said he would read it when he got back from vacation another week later. I called the MRI scheduling and begged to be worked in. The next morning I got there at 6:45 am. At this point, my husband was dressing me and helping me and guiding me with my walker, and making sure I got downstairs of our apartment. Then wheeled me in to my MRI. As soon as it was over, I was asked to wait a few minutes, I was told that I needed to go to urgent care right across the hall right away. I was immediately put on morphine and had that for about 4 hours until they had a room ready in the hospital. Before I even got to the room, I had to have the abscesses drained immediately. They only drained ONE. The quack from Watson Clinic, who seen me in the hospital, told my husband and mom that they would need to remove a bone to get to the other one on my spine, so they left it there and he said he would put me on antibiotics to kill the other one. Within 6 weeks, administering 2-4 bags of antibiotics by myself through my pic line, my back went from mild spinal stenosis with budging and herniated discs, to severe with some parts deteriorated, with infection caked all over it. I begged him to do blood tests to find out what was wrong and if I was getting better or not, I was still on a walker. He said I was getting better, that he goes by symptoms, NOT blood tests. Finally I went to a back surgeon in a different city, and had surgery two days later. He fixed everything that was wrong, scraped infection from all the pieces in my spine and then picked out all the pieces of infection before they stitched me back up, around 250 stitches. It was a nightmare from April 2016 until even now. The back surgeon saved my life. My back is still healing, I cannot sleep well at all, I have to sleep in my recliner due to the pain. PLEASE be your own advocate, get aggressive with your doctor and let them know what is going on, please make sure you are getting some kind of results and tests that you need. Although this is a fancy place, don't let it fool you, and don't let them try to only take 5 minutes and diagnose you when you KNOW something is severely wrong. Don't be ignored. I am living proof that when these so called doctors mess up or put you off, that you can be messed up for life. I hope this helps anyone needing input on this clinic..
