My daughter went to the hospital with a severe ear problem, the doctor and I use the word doctor not in a nice way proscribed Advil for the pain. After paying $250:00 dollars emergency room fee the so called doctor sent another bill for $477:00 dollars. My daughter still had pain and went to a CVS clinic and the NURSE discovered she had water behind some wax, she removed the wax and the pain went away. The so called doctor should be sued for malpractice. I a, going to write to every agency that has to do with hospital and doctor until they remove the $477:00 bill.

I went in on Monday the 17th for sciatica flare up . I had no choice to go there because my insurance card had no doctor correctly assigned to it.. Mind you i went like 5 weeks ago and was diagnosed with sciatica. They sent me home with muscle relaxers and naproxin. It barely worked. I ran out kept getting flare ups. Went in talked go the Registered nurse. Explained to her i have no doctor right now the medicine i ran out, it barely worked. 20 mins after my xray came back. She came in and told me im discharged and to take aleve or ibuprofen and gave me 3 day supply antibiotics. Did not consider what i told her to begin with. Seems like polk county doctors don't take some patients seriously. I'm from up north. New to the area 5 months now. It's ridiculous how they just sent me home and told me to take ocm.when i clearly told her nothing was working!

The worst place ever! The registration employees treat you horribly if u don't have insurance, the doctor tellls the nurses in front of u that " because of people like you that they stay in business" ( I was recovering from back injury and made the mistake of exercising), and the nurses just follow. That hospital is tje most judgemental place we have ever been too. Frankly, something has got to change there.

AMAZING! We were visiting friends in Florida and my 89 year old mother became ill. They treated her so kindly. She acutally spent 3 days in the hospital and all staff were wonderful to her. Loved everyone there. Thank you.

I will never ever return to this hospital. Ashamed and disappointed are a few words I will use to describe the doctor and ARNP that "treated" my toddler. Fortunately there were other very nice nurses and techs to make up for the horrible staff. You shouldn't feel like your a bad person for bringing your child in to get checked. To make matters worse, they didn't even focus on the chief complaint. They decided to make up their own ridiculous injury instead of listening to the parent WHO WAS THERE when it happened. Sadly, you cannot trust the doctors. I'll stick to hospitals 60+ minutes away who employ staff that I trust to give me an accurate diagnosis without adding insult to injury.

The staff is disrespectful, and uncaring they make you feel like they are better than you.I was visiting a family member on the 3rd floor who was put in their because of a mistake the doctor made during delivery of a baby at this hospital. Honestly I have never seen the treatment the nurses were giving in other hospitals. When the nurse come in the room another nurse come buy the door for and said the lady in the next room needed something the nurses reply was what dose she want now. Their is so much more I could talk about but the truth is if you end up here good luck to you
    I hope I never do.
