Planes trains and dirty things. Calling this place a dump would be glorifying it. Horrendous. Sketchy clientele, always a gaggle hanging around out back. Wow scary. Then the room, beat down. Stains on every way, stained sheets check, ripped bedding and chairs check. What a fing dive!

Horrible placedo NOT go here! Took over 25 min to check in on a Sat night with ONLY 1 person working front counter. Thengoing to our roomthe lovely aroma of weed. Once in the roomthe shower did not have any running water! Checked out..discovered the parking lot had several homeless and what looked like regular residents hanging out by the cars. When checking out and shared our complaints..not a single apology.

Positives the pool and hot tub are clean and no one seems to use them. The rates are fitting for the room. Low end 3 star, high end 2.
Negatives the place has a lot of truck drivers, who live that trucker life. Lol. Sorry but its true. The staff are not welcoming, some stains on towels. No fitness room and elevator is extremely slow for a 3 story.

Do not stay here. This place reeks of marijuana and urine. The toilet did not flush. Only two towels per room is their policy and they will never have more clean and ready for you. People traveling with us had to use my towel. Elevator worked intermittently. The coffee was never brewed in the morning and the lady at the front desk always seemed put out when I asked her to make coffee. Homeless people smoking cigarettes and marijuana in the back parking lot. Wife did not feel safe! We moved to a new place just down the road called the Azure and it is amazing check it out.

I was very dissapointed with this hotel, not even close to the other Red Roof Inn Suites I've stayed at before, this one need renovation badly, from the moment you walk into the lobby. The carpets are dirty , we got a non-smoking room but it stinks of tabaco, the sheets are old, the towels are so thin that it makes you think they're old or very cheap, the tub have stains all around it, the shower head was bearly attached to the pipe and as soon as I turn the water on, I basecicly got a shower because it started scuirting water all over. Overall if I have to rate this place between 1 and 10, I'll give it a 4.

I have stayed here regularly for the past few years because of a company discount.

The hotel is decent for the price you pay. All the rooms have a refrigerator and microwave for the guests, if the room you are given doesn't, just call the front desk and the maintenance man will bring one to your room.

Most of the rooms I have stayed in are clean, I never had a problem with dirty sheets or towels. The walls do have some paint chips or plaster missing, but overall it's not to the point of being ghetto looking.

All the rooms are non-smoking and pets are allowed, but there are certain limitations.

Also, as in any hotel you stay in, you should always check your room for bedbugs as they can be brought in by other guests and are known to have been found in one star to five star hotels.

There is breakfast served, but only for the trucking companies that have their students staying there, or for the tour groups that have rooms booked there.

There is NO breakfast for regular guests.

During the times I have stayed here, I have never noticed drug addicts or hookers hanging around the premises or parking lot.

The Ontario Police Department does make regular patrols through the parking lot at all times of the day and night and the parking lot is amply lit at night.

I have never seen any vehicles broken into and the hotel has security cameras inside and outside the premises.

The hotel has just completed a upgrade to their cable services, so there is now more of a channel selection and all the channels are in HD TV now.

There is free WiFi that you will be given a code to access and it works well.

If you stay in the rooms facing the street, you will hear some street traffic, if you're staying in the rooms facing the back you will occasionally hear trains go by, but since there is no longer a gated RR crossing at Vineyard Ave, they do not need to sound their horn anymore.

All in all this place could use a remodeling of the rooms to bring it up to today's standards, but it's decent for the price you pay.

I have stayed at more expensive hotels that weren't much different, other than price.

If something in the room isn't right, they will fix it or move you to a different room.

There have been a few times where I had complained about certain issues and I was given a refund for the room in question without any hesitation.

Also, why are there cigarette burns on the toilet seat.? (Room 217)

This place is soooo awful!! The staff acts like any issue is your fault. There are ALWAYS issues. The shuttle left us from our pick up. Said they would call when they arrived, but didn't, just left. The morning shuttle driver is unsafe. Texting AND speeding!! Everything is broken in the rooms. I've stayed in 6 different rooms there and they all are awful! Broken toilets, fixtures, smelly and damp carpets, tiny worn out towels and stained wierd feeling sheets. When I come here I bring my own sheets and towels now. The breakfastthere isn't one. Don't listen when they say there is. I could go on for an hour. I don't have a choice because of my company, but you do

This place should be called riff raff inn. The place is so dirty we refused to stay. The noise is so bad my wife refused to go out of the room by herself. I don't blame her. We're pretty cheap so we've laughed about some of the places we stayed but this is the first place where it feels unsafe. Red roof inn should be ashamed of themselves for letting this place use its name.
Just got off the phone with red roof inn customer service and the attitude was much the same as the front desk tough luck. Go somewhere else I wouldn't stay at this hotel for free.

We stayed overnight at this location. The area was not too bad for an overnight stay. There were many individuals outside in the parking lot hanging out smoking periphinelia and hanging out in vehicles. It was very suspicious. No sure if I would recommend staying more than one night. The service was good from the front desk also.

The rooms have a weird smell, the sheets had stains on them and a hole from a cigarette burn. The receptionist wasn't very friendly when I checked in. The room didn't have a blow dryer. I had to go ask for one.

This is a great place to stay. The double room has a mini fridge, a microwave and big flat screen TV. The place is usually rented out to local truck driving schools. That means the students that stay here are focused on getting on the road. It is really quiet at nights. I have not seen any drunks or wild, racous parties. Some of the tenants may look a little rough but they are all polite and very well behaved. The rooms are clean. Housekeeping comes through everyday to change your sheets, etc. I would rather stay at a hotel like this than take my chances elsewhere.

The staff are lovelybut the room I was booked in had mold along the wall above the shower. I meanI know many, if not all, of the rooms are booked for truckers and trucking studentsand they have learned to take a certain level of negative quality as the norm in many places they are made to visitbut come on: mold in the place you want to get clean in? Web access is generally pretty good, though. The coffee won't win any awardsbut it's complementary, so
