I was disappointed in how exquisite the interior design is for the entrance, front lobby desk, lounge area, hallways, elevators and breakfast section were very updated and extremely nice in design, but the design of the rooms were completely opposite, very very outdated. Definitely didn't expect that. Furniture is very outdated, the tv was ridiculously small, with no good channels AT ALL. Hallways smelled terrific but my room smelled like a senior hospitality. Bathroom was, clean nice and updated, stay was very quiet, sheets and bed we're comfortable but thats about all that was positive about my stay. It wasn't worth 200 dollars at all, the extended stay was another 200, I found that rediculous and amusing. I was mostly unhappy my entire stay. Would never book a room here again.

Great staff; always willing to help and go above and beyond for patrons. While it may be time for Hamptons to update there breakfast choices, the staff does there part to ensure it is as fresh as possible and well presented. Newly updated carpet.

Better than most Hampton Inns I have stayed at. Nicely decorated and they secure cab service to the airport for their guests. All staff I interacted with was very nice.

Great Location. Close to freeways, dining and shopping. The Ontario Mills Mall is located right across the street. The room was spacious. Good breakfast.

Room was nice and staff was nice 2 star rating is not their fault. Don't expect to park at the hotel. They have approx 30 spots total (I am not exaggerating). They also don't have a restaurant noise from the street leaks into the room. They provide earplugs so they know it's an issue.

Whenever I'm taking a road trip down to Los Angeles and want to stop halfway, the Ontario Hampton Inn is my go-to hotel. It's modern, clean and in a safe area. The hotel shares its parking lot with the Ontario Mills outlet mall, which is literally steps from your room. There are many shopping, dining and entertainment options that are accessible by foot in less than a 5 minute walk from the front door of the hotel.
The employees here are always friendly and accommodating, they are cheerful and seem to enjoy their jobs. The property has been renovated and looks new and clean. The rooms are a standard Hampton Inn style and are very comfortable and spacious. The a/c works great too, a critical item in the hot summer months.
All rooms include free breakfast which is served downstairs in the lobby. It's not a fancy breakfast, but you'll find a few hot items (scrambled eggs, sausages, make your own waffles) as well as yogurt, cereal and pastries. You can find complimentary fresh cookies in the lobby during the evenings as well as hot tea, water and coffee 24 hours a day.
Note that this property has only a few designated parking spots; you need to be sure to ask for a parking pass at the front desk (free parking) in case you are forced to find a spot in the mall's lot. This happens a lot (and it's really no big deal), so just be aware.
I always book online directly through Hilton so I can earn HHonors rewards points; the earlier you book the cheaper your rate will be. This is a really nice, clean and comfortable property that consistently delivers a good experience -- and a good night's sleep.response / report this review -

Monica was an outstanding receptionist at the front desk! For the price point, the accomodations and free breakfast are a great deal! Everybody here on staff was very friendly and welcoming. This past weekend, when our sons' swim meet was cancelled for high winds nearby, the hotel let us check in early and we were able to enjoy the quiet, secluded pool attached to the hotel.
Rooms were modern but basic, again for $100 with tax absolutely nothing to complain about. Parking is somewhat limited, but additional parking is available as the hotel is adjacent to Ontario Mills Mall. Very conveniently located to lots of dining options and things to do. The hotel is easy to acces from the airport and from both I-10 & I-15. Nice and quiet rooms too. Right next to the Ontario Mills mall. The staff was friendly and helpful. Could use more parking though. I ended up parking in the mall lot usually.
