Cars are alright but they don't call you back like they say they will and when you're trying to sign papers to get a car the employees are busy goofing off. One lady even brings her daughter to work so she can sleep on the couch.

My husband and I went and looked at vehicles at E.J's and found a car we were interested in. We filled out paper work and put a deposit down. The banks were closed as it was late on a Friday night. We were told we would get a call letting us know. By Tuesday we had not heard anything and was told we would get a call back. A full week later and we still haven't heard anything. We won't be going back nor do we recommend E.J.'s.

I feel a four star is fair in my experience. The cars are pretty pricey with no chance to talk pricing, the interior & exterior looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a month. That being said, they were very polite and helpful with advice anywhere you needed it. I wouldn't especially recommend them but I also wouldn't say to stay away. They are a business after all.

My boyfriend and I just purchased a Honda Civic with these guys and had a great experience! At first we were looking at a different car but had trouble getting financing for it but these guys worked diligently to try and get financing for a car for us. We were finally able to get financing for a different car and cannot be more than happier with this new car. Thanks guys for all your hard work and we are very happy with our new car!

Just bought my second car from them. The car I had from them before has been running great for years and has not been in the shop once. My wife before we got married had a car from them. And her friend had bought a car from them. Both which also run great without any problems. That is why I decided to give them a shot and buy a car from them. And I was so impressed. I just bought another one from him yesterday. These guys sell quality cars that you can trust will run without problems. Very friendly staff that really cares about you. I would give them more stars if Google would allow more than five. This place is outstanding.

Went to put a deposit down on a truck. With my credit couldn't get it. So went to get my deposit back and they couldn't give me my whole deposit back that day. So I come down here the next day and I'm just waiting and waiting and waiting for ej to get here to give me back the rest of my deposit back. Like what dealership takes your money and can only give you half of YOUR deposit back in 2 days. Such scam artist at this place.

High pressure and unwelcoming vibes. Before having the car even looked at his words were "are you prepared to pay me the sticker price!?" I said we will negotiate after the car checks out. He repeated his statement twice. I had cash and was ready to buy out right. Had a gut feeling not to do business with EJ. My father sold cars locally for 15 years, he and his associates had nothing good to say about EJ & EJs Auto World.

I was just starting to look around to buy a new car. I stopped by still not sure what I wanted and they kept trying to get me to fill out an application for financing. I wasn't ready due to the fact that I was not even sure what I was looking for. I told him specifically that I did not want to take a hit on my credit for no reason and there wasn't really any point in applying yet. He told me it would still be a good idea just to know what I would be approved for so I would know what to look for and not waste my time. He finally convinced me even though I still wasn't sure.
Well instead of running my credit and sharing my information with lenders that he works with, he simply sent all my information to every company he possibly could. I keep a close eye on my credit and started to see inquires happening left and right. I called him and told him not to share my information with another person. I don't know how many more I would have ended up with but in a matter of one and a half days, I acquired ELEVEN hard inquires on my credit report dropping my score by 53 points. This is not my first time ever buying a car and I have NEVER had another dealer do anything like that.
