  Highly recommend renting through this company! We have rented from them twice now and it's been nothing short of amazing both times! Extremely helpful and accommodating! Michael the Guest Relations Manager helped us with our whole experience and he did an amazing job!

  I have vacationed in Rosemary Beach for over 15 years, the facilities are up to standard, but in previous years we have encountered issues such a shattered glass left on the floor cutting our feet, inaquarcies with descriptions, along with construction directly next to or underneath our residence (beginning early in the morning) with no warning or communication from the management team. Regardless of these issues, the beauty of the beach has always kept us coming back, the real reason for this review is the lack of service or investment from the staff that has been incredibly discouraging. The staff is willing to listen to these complaints during their allocated business hours but never will they go out of their way for you. With promises issues will be resolved or at the very least written down for upper management to see, nothing happens, not even a follow up- once I go out of my way to follow up, all documentation seems to "disappear". The service team seems to have little knowledge of information or policies, often when I have asked a question, it has to pass through several employees before it can be answered. When I call to talk to an employee they are often distracted and it takes several minutes for them to just get my name- all as I listen to them joke with fellow employees, while they "type" away and cut in and out. I've experienced what I prosume is their friendliness but never the employee responsiblities of the company. I love Romary Beach but for this reason, only use their rental service as a last resort. If you want to rent easily, without complications or issues, I highly suggest you use Airbnb or VBRO

  Paradise!! Rosemary Beach is now one of my top 3 favorite beaches in the world. Yes, the world!! I've been to many of FL Atlantic coast beaches and even in Valencia, Spain. but this place is so peaceful, serene, private, beautiful and perfect!

  It's in a good location, with some quaint shops nearby. I was not impressed by the store though. For the high end market, they are just learning.

  Stayed in 24 Silver Seas. Whole place is filthy! Wool type blankets hung as curtains! Sofa is 50 years old with stained throw pillows. Rug actually stinks, never been cleaned! Kitchen covered in grease. Floors are worn out. I could go on and on! Overall worse experience we have ever had! Owner should be ashamed. They are taking advantage of first time visitors with no concern for repeat guest! Would not recommend this place!

  As a homeowner here, I am very disappointed ! 7am this morning, children started using the pool at the Bentley Cottage very close to us. We have 4 kids ourselves - we know!! BUT - 7am - screeching, screaming, yelling so that all neighbors will wake up for sure? On our other side, the renters (I hope it is not the owners) are leaving bikes all over the place, block our garage with their truck - and the Cottage Rental or RB do not care to enforce some rules.it is very disappointing!
