This was the worst place I've ever stayed. There were bugs running around the bathroom. The shower curtain had a lot of mold and mildew on it. The towels had stains on it. Kinda looked like makeup stains, but still nasty. The mattress on both beds were NASTY. They had stains all over them. Plus the floors were kinda sticky and gross. I was so afraid to sleep on the bed or keep my suitcase open for fear that bugs would get in my stuff. I came home and hosed my clothes off outside before bringing them straight inside to the washer. My suitcase is still outside, I'm honestly thinking about just throwing it away especially now that I've read the reviews talking about bed bugs. On the morning we left I went outside to start loading up the car, and when I opened the door there were sheets on the ground in front of some rooms. I guess they were gonna put those on the bed after we left. PLEASE do not stay here!

The owners were very helpful and hotel were clean. I expected less but received more We spent 2 nights here and were treated very kind. Will stay here on our next visit to Mexico Beach. Loved it

Not a good place to stay. They clean rooms daily, but there are still roaches and some rooms have bed bugs. Also room 125 has a plumbing problem, toilet fills up while you're in​the shower. I won't be back.

ROOM WAS ABSOLUTLEY DISGUISTING!!!! WORST ROOM IVE EVER BEEN IN TO THE POINT I WAS SO UNCOMFORTABLE I SLEPT IN MY CAR BECAUSE THE OWNER REFUSED MY REFUND AND HAD NOWERE ELSE TO GO. FIVE MINS AFTER WALKING IN THE ROOM ROACHES WERE CRAWLING OUT OFF EVERYWHERE AND OTHER RANDOM BUGS, WOULDNT DARE LAY IN THISE SHEETS. WHEN I OPEN THE BATHROOM DOOR THERE WERE DEAD BUGS FLOATING IN THE TOILET AND AS I OPEN THE SHOWER HUGE COCKROACHES WERE RESTING THERE AND STARTED RUNNING TO HIDE. THE NASTIEST PLACE IVE EVER SEEN. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU LOVE COCKROACHES AND CRAWLING BUGS!!!!

We went there June 3 rd 2016. Omg the sheets were stained badly.the spread looked like it have cuuumm all over it and it was loaded down wiiith roaches. The shower curtain was mildewed badly and the towels and wash clothes were stained up. We bought our on. We paid $213 and we got refunded half that back the next morning. We left and we won't go backroom 130. First and last time for usnasty.

This is the bottom of the bottom. The room was filthy. What were the orange stains I had to scrub off the wall? Was it spaghetti? Was it blood? Hard to say.not the kind of guessing game one wants in their stay. When we picked up the key the owners aid they had just cleaned the room, after seeing the room I think "just" really meant 1994. Holes in the wall, dirty toilet, I refused to use the shower. Its a budget place but basic cleanliness should be observed. You should only stay here if you are desperate .
