Room was as pictured. It was decadent sized. The view of the ocean was great. The beds were a bit hard but ok. The location was great. Pool was nice staff was friendly and acomidating. Room had full sized frog a small stove a microwave and sink and basic disihes. Overall great stay would stay here again.

Perfect place for a small family, we normally travel in larger groups when visiting Panama City Beach, but with only 3 of us we decided to try here. Yes the Tv's aren't brand new but why would you travel to the beach to watch tv? The pool was nice even having 3 separate locations that are shaded inside of the pool area, we didn't expect a brand new facility but nothing was unkept or not well maintained.

Recommend this place. It was by accident that we ended up here and I was very skeptical at first. Had reservations at another place that just didn't work out. The ladies in the office were very sweet in helping us out with a room. They even let us check the room out before we got into it. For a motel I give them all 5 stars. the rooms were very clean and again the staff very helpful. They change your linens everyday for you. Only slight downfall is that the elevators go from time to time. If one isnt working the other is. So not a big problem . Always had at least one running. Will stay again . Thanks

Great rates, beautiful views, friendly staff. Outdated rooms, though, with very few amenities. Be aware they do not offer refunds. No exceptions! We were there during a tropical storm, and tried to check out early due to the bad weather. No such luck!

The only thing I liked about this place was the pool, it was awesome. Everything else was terrible. The women at the front desk were rude and wouldn't give us any towels for our second day.

I was all excited when I saw a kitchen was included, but seeing that the pots/pans were burnt, I refused to cook in them. The beds weren't too comfortable either. I ended up sleeping in my sleeping bag both nights because of this. Probably the worst thing was how dirty the floor was. All I did was walk from the shower to my sleeping bag and my feet were black. I've never seen a carpet that dirty.

Then there's the televisions. These old things could barely function, let alone catch a signal to watch anything. But that didn't matter too much, because "Our WiFi doesn't reach to the 6th floor, sorry."

Next year, i'll make sure to spend the extra money on a place where people take their jobs and customer service a bit more seriously.

Manager was rude, carpet makes your feet dirty, and bed is uncomfortable. I recommend paying a little more for something else cause what we paid is not worth the rude service and horrible rooms.

The Hotel Is Wonderful. Their rates are reasonable. Their rooms are spacious, clean and the view of the ocean is amazing. Pool side is great and the staff is friendly.

Came to Panama City Beach after having being evacuated because of Hurricane Matthew. Had to bring my sick son who is terminally Ill (Bone Cancer) and who just had his leg amputated. Have to say I'm disgusted that I have just looked up the room we are in is $89 a night yet I was Charged over $200 a night. My son has not been able to sit on the balcony because of the chain smoking on either side of us (In non smoking rooms) and it's coming through the vent directly into our room. I also have my 5mth old grandchild with me and this is beyond disgusting. My feet are black from the dirty rug and I can not wait to leave ASAP. Beds are uncomfortable and peep hole on the front door is shattered so not of any use. Pool is dirty, pool chairs are broken and this place needs to be bulldozed.
Reported to the front desk and all I got was Sorry.
Love Panama City Beach it's beautiful and We will be back but not to the Holiday Terrace Motel.
