We love Casa Loma. We never had a problem and can't wait to go down there again. They're always so kind to my children and myself.

Always a nice place to stay when visiting the beach as I have stayed here many times over the past several years. The only problem I have ever had was during my last stay, myself and my son where threatened with eviction for complaining about an illegally parked Tri-motorcycle that was parked in the hash marks of the disabled parking spot that I was parked in on the first Evening we were there over Veteran's Day weekend. The very misinformed and bossy security guard was not only insensitive about the whole matter but threatened to my son that we would be evicted from the property if we didn't shut up. Really ridiculous, and the illegally parked vehicle wasn't moved until I was going to call local police to make a report. I was also told by front desk staff during the situation that the people parked in the designated disabled spots had given permission for the motorcycle to be illegally parked on the hash marks, which was a fabrication as I had never given permission and evidently they didn't realize that I was parked in the disabled parking area in question. I don't enjoy being brushed off, lied to and intimidated for complaining about what is right and legal by both Federal and Florida law. Other than that one incident, this had been my family's home at the beach for years and will continue to be.

Very friendly staff. Room was nice size with comfortable beds. Bathroom was small and could use updating. Location was perfect. Right on the beach with a heated pool. Loved knowing that they have security 24/7 here. Overall a great stay for the price. Definitely will be back again and will recommend to friends and family.

I have stayed here 4 times the views are beautiful. It's private quiet reasonably priced clean comfortable. Every room has a balcony with a view. There no special amenities but the pool is great. You have the beach to yourself I love it.

This is the second time for us. We really like this hotel. It is an older hotel, but rooms, pool and beach area very clean. Staff could not be nicer. If you like fancy hi rise hotels this is not for you. It is perfect for us. We are sitting around the pool now. Nice.

I'm sorry but the rooms are just like pictured and much bigger than most especially for the price we paid. The room was clean, the bathroom was small but it only has the toilet and shower in it. I don't know about you but I don't need much more room to do that. The shower is HUGE, you can get two in there. you could use more water pressure how ever. The 1st thing I do is check for bed bugs which is VERY important to me and they are clean! We are extremely happy with our kitchen condements that was a nice surprise. We had all the pot and pans and dishes we needed. We paid 200. A night for our rooms for a hotel down the street for a so called 4 star and it was nasty. We were pleasantly surprised here!

We stayed here on way home from south florida and we will definitely be returning. The location is perfect for access to the strip. The rooms were clean and quiet nice. They have a full vanity, a kitchen, and a small closet in the rooms. The only thing I didn't care for was the beach. it was like where the water met the land it was like a steep plunge down. That's nothing that the hotel can control though, but still disappointing.

The location can't be beat. There is not enough parking available for all the guests. No easy way to get your luggage to the rooms. A ramp would have been easier than the steps. It showe some age, but was clean and comfortable. The AC was excellent. WE would stay there again.

Everything was great except they don't serve breakfast, and the shower will totally scold and freeze you at the same time. It took me an hour to finish my shower due to the constant drastic change in the temperature of their showers. Oh, and they have NO elevator.. other than that, it was great! Beautiful view!! If you're going to party, this may not be the perfect place for you.. Its sort of secluded and not as busy on the beach as it is near the Summit & Pineapple Willy's

Outdated but excellent staff and customer service. Rooms were outdated but very well kept and clean. We stayed in the two bedroom suite and it was very roomy and clean, enjoyed the private patio and our view was incredible. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again.

Arrived yesterday to be told beach restoration in progress. NO BEACH ACCESS! We were told we could go WAY down the beach to be able swim.well nono you can't. Completely roped off. My issue is as a business why are they not offering a DISCOUNT or partial refund for the fact that you cannot access the beach. Or maybe offer a shuttle service to another location. My point is this business has done nothing to make sure their customers are satisfied.

This place was absolutely awful! If you're in your early 20s and plan on partying the whole time then this might be a ok place for you. Upon arrival I instantly felt unsafe. The parking lot was full of young people smoking pot and dealing drugs. Very loud music and noisy people. Cleanliness of the place was questionable. Bathrooms are very small and the room smelled like weed. Ended up canceling the room and went checked into a different hotel. Reservation was for two nights and they would only refund one night. This place is a joke!

The view out the balcony is amazing. The gulf is beautiful. The beach is perfect. The pool is large and heated. The room is quaint Old Florida style revamped to a charm that belongs to the guest house at a Louisiana plantation. There are few amenities but there are so many choices for food around that an on premise would be a waste. For what we were looking for to enjoy a weekend escape it was sweet and felt safe and inviting. I would come back. I did not give it 5 stars because it is not a five star establishment.

Older hotel that doesn't have the flash of the newer hotels on down Front Beech Road. Rooms are not real fancy and are dated. But, if you want a nice budget room located right on the beech this is it. All rooms have patio's or balconies with as nice of a view of the Gulf as any high dollar hotel. Close enough to the water to hear the surf. Pool was nice and clean as are the grounds. For the money it's a great bargain. I will stay there again.
