We are stranded on a road trip sitting in front of discount tire for 2 hours. They have THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!! The manager sat infront and watched us. Keep in mind my elderly Grandmother was in the car. And they laughed and stood and watched us. To make matters worse they were supposed to open at 8am we watched them as we stood inside and watched us in the cold and opened after 8am. The district manager, VP, who ever owns stock. Please shop anywhere but Discount tire!!! The employees were nice but the worst management!!! Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. Hopefully this manager here will stop being a grinch

I went to have the left rear tire checked because the light came for low tire pressure last about 35i miles from home on I 75. They were very courteous and checked the tire over. They found that I had a rim leak and repaired the problem in a very timely fashion. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Always great service and hard workers. I've brought three different cars here with tire problems and always have been satisfied with the service provided. Would recommend that you bring your tires here first before anywhere else. They check your tires for free before they recommend any work be done. And most work they provide is free (Tire inspection, air pressure checks, and free tire rotation). Great place to take you car for tire work.

Good place, quick and friendly. They won't steer (pun intended) you wrong. Technicians are really good and Justin at the counter super knowledgeable. Good experience.

I have been going here for years. Was a great place to go. I scheduled an appointment online for a tire for my car. Said in the comments what kind of tire. I wanted in comments section. When I went there some 👦 that works there gave me all kind of excuses why they didn't see it and that he will order me some tires and they will be there today. They closed now. Never heard from them.The guy I used to deal with is at another location and the good service went also. Sad.

Great place to get tires. The staff is very courteous and eager to help. Gave 4 stars only because I didn't get a call when my rims and tires arrived and they forgot a valve stem cover on one tire. Very minor things. Other than that, would definitely do business with them again. Matt was a great help when looking for a new set of tires. Keep up the great work, man.

I would like to thank "Matt" at the Monroe store for all the assistance over the phone, and GREATLY appreciate how well he took care of my mother. I am 500 miles away. I called for a quote on new tires and he was such a professional!! I didn't get to interact with him directly, but my mother said that she was highly impressed with him and how she was treated. I recommend this store to anyone needing tires in the Toledo area!!!

I called Tuffy to get a price on 50,000 mile seasonal tires for my Nissan Altima and their price was $684. Talk about highway robbery. So I went to discount tires and got seasonal 50,000 mile Cooper made tires with a road hazard warranty for 324. Also they had me out of there in about 45 minutes. You want a good price and good service go to discount tires on Monroe Street.

First service and products. Have great follow up services too like free rotations and air checks for free along with free plugs if applicable. Overall a great and quick experience. They won me over by giving me a free TPMS rebuild without ever buying anything there before. Gave me a good feeling of how I would be taken care of once I'm a customer.

I love this place. They give free air checks and free patches. I never feel like they are trying to take advantage of me. I would recommend this place to anyone. Great prices once you actually have to buy something too!
