My first experience with this dealership. Was shopping year end deal on new 2017 Ford Edge. We went because Krieger had largest inventory.
Met Erik and he showed us inventory and answered questions. We did find a car that suited what we were looking for.
I obtained pricing on the new car. It was listed below invoice. I had multiple discounts available
I then obtained trade in value on my 2011 Edge.

I advised Erik, I wanted to go home and research the pricing.

To my surprise from past experience the trade amount I found for my car was essentially the value I was offered. My past experience was always to have the dealer price lower than my price.
I then called Erik and with a little more negotiation we finalized the deal/
When we came the day to sign papers, I had a very good experience with business manager Harold Samour. He was straight forward and informative. He presented the various extended warranty plans honestly and without pressure.

I felt very comfortable at Krieger and plan to use them again.

Overall, it was my best buying experience ever. For once I did not feel like I had to "Play the Game' with dealership to keep from being taken advantage of or not getting the fairest deal I could.

Nice looking dealer ship. Was looking to buy a Ford Explorer. Only had fully loaded models on the lot. Sales man drove us to the over flow lot to see if they had anything over there. Nope just loaded models. Same thing that happened when I wanted a Ford Mustang two years before this. Both times bought at different dealer. I was disappointed that I could not buy from the dealer down the road from me. Dealer did said they could find me what I wanted if I could wait for a couple of weeks to get it. Didn't want to wait.
Glad I didn't get it here because I ordered in touch up paint for my new explorer to be shipped in to this dealer from Ford. When in I walked in to pick up the paint and had to wait for 10 minutes to get help at parts counter and then the person who helped me seem put off I Bothered them to pick it up.

At the end of September, I was excited to work with Carl and purchase my New Explorer. Carl was very helpful and knowledgeable, and made the purchasing experience very simple and easy to understand. I was ecstatic with my vehicle until on the morning of Nov 15th. I was in an accident on my way to work. We had the car towed back to Krieger for the body shop to assess the damages, and Rusty and his team actually found more wrong with the vehicle than was originally noted by the adjuster. Their attention to detail was on point, and helped to ensure that I would not be driving in an unsafe vehicle after the process was completed. The car was considered a total loss, and when I needed to purchase another one, I went right back to Carl. He and I had even already had the same VIN picked out for me to look at when I arrived. It also had more bells and whistles than my original purchase. This time the process went much faster, but I still received the top level of service that I received during my first visit. I would recommend the fast and friendly service of Carl and Krieger to anyone and everyone. Top notch in my book.

Scott was especially helpful through the process! Thanks to all their hard work and great attitudes I ended up driving off the lot with a car I love!

My wife and I had been looking for a used Explorer for about month and found one with all the features we were looking for at Krieger. I was very impressed when I began working with Dennis Fritz. My wife and I had done a great deal of research, and we knew what was a fair price for the vehicle. Dennis was great to work with during the negotiation process. He took our concerns very seriously and worked with us to explain the added features that gave additional value to the vehicle while also objectively acknowledging the price of other comparable vehicles in the area. We were treated very fairly and got a vehicle that we love at a fair price.

My family has been buying and leasing from Krieger Ford for over 20 plus years. Since my current Krieger lease was up in November, I had actively been researching what vehicle I wanted to lease next. In September, I was contacted by Carl Easley regarding the termination of my upcoming lease, so while my current vehicle was in the Service Department for an oil change, I stopped in to meet Carl. From the first time we met, I found him to be a non-pushy, genuine person. Carl took a great deal of time, with lots of patience, to explain my lease options, the financing options available, and to answer all of my detailed questions. Within a week of our initial meeting, a vehicle was delivered to Krieger, and it was equipped with exactly what I was looking for down to the color of both the exterior/interior. As of yesterday, I drove off the Krieger lot, as a happy camper, and it's all because of my salesman, Carl Easley.

I have dealt with 2 other Ford dealers in the past, from now on this is my dealership of choice.

So first off I want to start this review with the simple fact, that when you walk into this dealership everyone is eager to welcome and assist you. I had the pleasure of searching for a new car with Ryan Krieger. He was very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot, and yet had no pressure on my decision making. I had an idea of what I was looking for, and he weighed in on his suggestions, but in the end made sure it was my decision and I was happy with it. After picking out my new car, I worked with the financial department at Krieger Ford, and they were just as accommodating. They helped me research which loan I should use to ensure the best interest rates possible. All and All if you're looking for a new car, I would 100% suggest stopping in at Krieger Ford, you won't be sorry!

If I could give this place 10 stars instead of 5 I would, I had the most awesome experience with A.C. a couple of days ago after stopping through with my guy an hour right before close. A.C. made sure to be patient and to take care of me, as well as making sure I got exactly what I wanted. He was accommodating to the max. I've never felt so good about dropping cash on a car before and I definitely recommend Krieger Ford to anyone that's looking to buy a Ford model. I went with a brand new 2017 Mustang in black and it's been well worth the purchase given the experience and service the wonderful guys at Krieger provide. A.C. and Harold are the best, make sure you talk to them first!

AC was a great sales person to work with. We drove from Battle Creek Michigan to purchase a car that we'd only saw pictures of. We arrived and had no surprises and a great since of appreciation from all of the folks that we spoke with. I bought an Explorer from Carl Easley. Carl has sold my family many cars, but this was the first time I purchased one from him. The process was smooth. He found a car meeting all my specific requests and in my preferred color. He didn't try to talk me into a different car, just found what I wanted. I was able to return and have the vehicle all cleaned out and shined up. Carl also took time to go over all the features in the vehicle and let me test them out to make sure I knew how to use the voice controls.

We recently bought a much needed larger SUV after adding a new baby to our family. We came to look at a van, but it wasn't going to work for my husband who is very tall - and there just wasn't enough leg room. We came with our 2 year old and 5 week old baby in tow - and were treated marvelously! Our salesman, Jim was so helpful, honest and patient with us. He was able to answer our questions, and really kept us in the loop in the process of getting everything squared away. He even offered to give us his own lunch as we waited with the kiddos. He was genuine from start to finish, and I would recommend him and Krieger to anyone. When we were just wrapping up and finishing paperwork, we worked with Harold. He was just as nice and willing to answer all of our questions. We thought it would be awful trying to buy a car with a newborn and 2 year old, but it was such a peaceful situation. We left with what we needed and were so blessed by the whole experience. If you need a car, this is certainly your place!!!

We came in to test drive a truck because of the Columbus Auto Show. The staff was friendly, and our sales person found on the lot, relatively quickly, a truck very similar to what we would want to buy. We had a good test drive without a ton of pressure to sit down and work out a deal. We explained we wanted to drive a competitor vehicle immediately after, when the experience was fresh, and he was happy to let us run off to drive something else. Looks like we probably won't be buying a Ford truck right now, and told him so, and we haven't had any harassing calls since. We hopefully will get that truck in a few years, and when we do, we will go back to Krieger.
