If I could give them 1000 stars I would! I recently bought 2 new tires in June 2017 and came to find out one had a screw in it near the edge. Everywhere I called refused to plug or patch the tire and Firestone even quoted me $122 including labor to replace the tire. I was really wanting to fix the relatively new ones I'd just bought, so as a last ditch effort I stopped in at Katz Tires (Main St) on a recommendation from a friend. I can NOT tell you how absolutely >AMAZING

Best prices, service, and quick turnaround. I have not been to another tire shop since 2007. This place will take care of your car without making you feel like you have been ripped off. I highly recommend this tire company.

Excellent local tire shop with friendly staff and great prices! I recently had to purchase tires for my wife's vehicle unexpectedly. I had seen the Katz tires commercials on TV and decided I wanted to give them a look. I ended up scouring the entire list of local tire shops and looking up prices. I had decided on a tire brand and luck had it that Katz carried the brand. I requested a quote online and received one early the next morning. I ended up calling the shop and was able to speak with them about the tires. The representative ended up sending me a text with more info and wanted to set up a time. He told me that my tires weren't at the location I was going, but he would have them there by the time I got there. I pulled up and right after I pulled up, the delivery was being made. I waited in the lobby for less than 30 minutes and the price was great. Katz has definitely made a customer out of me. With 3 vehicles, a set of tires will always be needed.

Bought some cheap Chinese All Terrain tires for my truck. Liked the look of them and everything. Drove around on them for one and a half days and got some serious vibrating issue. I thought it was probably out of balance, but being a Chinese tire it probably wasn't. Jacked my truck up to see if I found any out of round. I sure enough noticed 3 out of round big time. Took my truck back today and they replaced all four tires with the tires I wanted. They didn't question me or argue with me. For starters it only took 1hr 20mins, that is because the new tires were not even at the shop! That's impressive! They are quick at whatever needs to be done and if they don't have the tires there, they will get it there sameday. 1. Prices are pretty competitive 2.fast service 3. Professional and care about the customer 4. Sameday install even if tires are not at the shopyet!

If they say have a seat inside, don't. they will switch the tire they sold you with another cheaper one, make sure u watch every move, give a price 10$ lower than they ask you, if they say no Walk out. You will find a better deal.

I went in for a quick patch on a tire and I was in and out within 15 minutes. Went all over Columbus trying to get a patch and this is the only place that could get it done quickly. The staff is so friendly and the prices are great. They also do quality work. Highly recommend this place.

My first ever google review because i was so impressed! they just got a customer for life. Had a flat rear tire that they plugged in less then 15 minutes for $10 + tax. will be recommending this place to everyone..THANK YOU!
