Very comfy beds. Loved the mattress. Staff is friendly and helpful. Loved the food and very friendly bar staff.

The service is good. Rooms very clean. Environment friendly. Beds and pillows super comfortable.

This is a Best Western made over. New wallpaper, paint and "accessories" couldn't make up for a badly laid out bathroom - had to balance between the corner sink and the toilet to wash off make-up. Very tight squeeze. Not worth the price-hike. We asked for a room with one queen bed. Got a double. Not packed that Monday, so not sure what that was about. Had a note waiting for us that definitely suggested they'd rather not give the room a "spruce up" while we were away. So, no tip for housekeeping, who need it most, I think. Not sure they're taking care of their support staff.

I should with warning everyone that this despite this hotel very nice and comfortable, it is NOT a Best Western hotel. After receiving an odd e-mail less tan 24 hours before I was supposed to check-in, I called Best Western to confirm my reservation and they told me this was not one of their hotels.
On the other hand, the hotel staff was polite and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I love that the hotel was within walking distance of public transportation and local businesses. The room was great my only complaint is that the curtains were a very thin, filmy material and the sun came in too early so I was unable to sleep in very late.response / report this review
