If you are need of any repairs to any appliance that you have. Run AS FAST AS YOU CAN from this company! They repair by process of elimination. They have NO knowledge of what is wrong with dryers. They came out to my home 3 times guessed at what was wrong. Replacement parts that did not need to be replaced. When they discovered that the part they replacement was not the fix, they took the part back and put my old part back in. They then replaced sensors that did not need replacing causing all but one of my settings on the dryer to work. The only setting that works over heats the clothes. The dryer lost its ability to sensor dry, cool down, shut off and beep when the clothes are done. When tried calling the office three time leaving message all three time with no return call back. When I finally got them to answer the phone I was laughed at by Jenn and when I complained she hung up on me. I then drove to the dive they call an office and was told by my Mike that although the dryer overheats he fixed it because I have heat. REALLY!!!! I demanded my money back after giving them 3 tries and they refused. Instead they called the police on me, which by the way was a welcome call for me. They are the MOST unprofessional company with the rudest staff I have ever witness in my 62 years of life. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY PLEASE! RUN RUN RUN! I will see them in court!

Worse company I have ever had in my home. They said they would be here in the afternoon, called me in the AM when I was in class and cancelled after I had taken the afternoon off of work. Buy a new appliance it will be less hassle.

Don't think they know what they are doing. Out many times for an ice maker problem never fixed it completely.

I have never had a bad experience with County Wide Appliance. Everything from making the appointment to having the technician at my home goes smoothly every time. I have been calling them for years and will never call anywhere else.

We have NEVER had a bad experience with County Wide Appliance - and have used only them for 15+ years. Everyone, from the office to techs have provided great customer service. What can a great costumer do? They can be patient, ask a lot of questions, gather accurate information, don't rush service - it takes time, be kind, and most of all - respectful.

All parties were respectful and not rude. Tech was prompt and appointment was immediate. However, tech was here 4 minutes to tell me nothing was wrong with our refrigerator, (because it was working when he got here) and I was charged $75 plus tax. I understand a minimum service charge, but when a call lasts 4 minutes, no service was performed or an attempt made to find out why the problem existed in the first place, $81.00 is a lot to swallow.

The worst customer service experience ever..DO NOT USE THIS COMAPNY!!! Liars and a rude Manager that will scream and hang up on you. Bought a very expensive fridge from charlotte appliance. When it arrived, the led lights in it were blown. I called County wide appliance, which were referred to me from charlotte appliance for the repair. They came out and repaired it and were great the first time. 2 months later my ice maker quit working, I called them back and they came back out and repaired it, said it was the gasket. 3 months later it broke again. Called them back and they came back out again and fixed it, said it was a gasket again. At that time is when they started lying to me.. I was receiving letters from Frigidaire asking me to get an extended warranty. My wife and I asked the serviceman if we had to get this warranty to cover the issues we were having for the future. He said NO!!, its a preexisting issue and they have documentation of the service calls.. I get that without the extended warranty that county wide wouldn't be responsible for any other issues, I was just concerned about my ice maker. He advised me to call the office and double check, so I did and they said the same thing.. Ice maker broke again about a week or so after the 1 yr warranty ended and now they are saying I have to pay for it.. After calling them 5 times and being promised the manager would call me, I finally caught him in the store. The manager told me it would be a $79 minimum to diagnose the problem, pretty sure they already know what the problem was.. The manager then began trying to double talk me and manipulating my own words and when I told him I would be contacting the BBB because I was completely misinformed, he started screaming in a high pitch voice and hung up on me. I have never been so disrespected from a business or a manager. I'm a GM of a business and would never talk to a customer like that..

Absolute worst experience!!! We had an issue with our refrigerator not cooling but our freezer still worked. We called on a Thursday and they said they couldn't come to look at it until that Monday. We reluctantly agreed because we'd seen good reviews. The repair man doesn't call with a time until the morning of, which is extremely inconvenient, but he came Monday and looked at the fridge. The gentleman they sent was very nice, and after looking at it for a few minutes, said he knew that it was some kind of coil that had stopped working and that he needed to order us a new one. He claimed that the part would be to them in three days at the latest so he would be back to our house by Thursday, or Friday at the latest. Thursday comes and goes, so on Friday morning I call and they said they don't have the part yet, and they will call on Monday if they have it. Monday comes around and he calls and sets up an appointment (four hour block of time that he will be coming) and at the very end of the time allowed. He takes the panel off and realizes immediately that it wasn't the coil, and that it was some sort of fan that was the real issue. (Why didn't he take more than a few minutes during the diagnostic process the first time to find the real issue?) I was angry because at this point my family had been without a fridge for 11 days (we have two little ones so this especially sucked), but I said no problem and asked when he'd be back. He said it'd take another three days to get the part in, and that he'd be back on Thursday or Friday to repair it for sure. Once again, Thursday comes and goes and on Friday I call and ask what's going on (see the pattern of no one calling me ever and me having to call and check up on things EVERY time?). The woman tells me that they don't have the part yet but they will by Monday and so he'll be back to repair the fridge then. Monday rolls around and I receive no call (as usual), so I finally decide to call and she patches me through to the repair person we were assigned to and he tells us that the part is back ordered (why didn't he call us and notify us of this so that we didn't waste a FIFTH day rearranging schedules to accommodate an appointment that never came?). He says that the part will be in by that Friday and that he will make sure our appointment is scheduled first thing in the morning. I receive no call that morning (once again), so I call to confirm that he will be there that day and he says he will be coming within the hour. A half hour later I receive a call from the parts department saying they aren't sure why he told me he'd be able to come within the hour because they STILL don't have the part!!! I was FURIOUS!!!! I spoke with a manager and told him the entire story. He said that they would have the part by the afternoon and that once again the repairman would call me to let me know when he was coming. I don't know how they expect people to rearrange entire work/school days for them this many times!!! Especially for appointments that they don't call and don't show up for! Finally the repairman calls and eventually shows up and it takes him 5 minutes to fix the issue. My husband could have easily repaired it and for much less money than we payed this awful company. It was more than three weeks that they made us wait with no refrigerator all due to the repairman's laziness and incompetence in diagnosing the problem, lack of openings in their scheduling, parts that took over a week to get to them, and not calling or updating us when we were specifically told they would, we had to call EVERY single time to find out what was going on. Worst experience I've ever had with a company. Consider yourself warned, I wish I had been.

I attempted to bring my 1.5 year old dehumidifier in for repair. They did some quick research and found that there are no parts available and nothing could be done to fix my unit. Yeah, that sucks but I really appreciate them doing the research up front and not charging me $35 to diagnose something they could not fix. He offered me advice on how to contact the manufacturer and go after them for crappy products. I ended up getting a rebate on a new purchase, something that would not have happened without the advice from CountryWide. I couldn't ask for better customer service, and I will be sure to go there in the future. Thanks!
