TERRIBLE SERVICE I WILL NEVER BRING A VEHICLE HERE AFTER THE SERVICE MY BOYFRIEND RECEIVED. DROPPED HIS BMW OFF FOR A DETAIL AND THEY DAMAGED THE BUMPER AND IT NEEDED A WHOLE REPLWCEMENT AND SCRATCHED IT UP CLEARLY WAS MISHANDLED AND SUFFERED OTHER DAMAGES THAT THEY REFUSED TO COVER. THE INSURANCE WAS A NIGHTMARE AS WELL AS DEALING WITH THE MANAGEMENT TO GET ANYTHING DONE. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL

Came for an interior cleaning for the first time and when it was done I noticed multiple things that were missed. I was pretty dissapointed but when I brought this to a managers attention they handled it very well! Not only fixed the problems and showed the new staff what was missed He gave me a free interior cleaning for next time. Leaving here impreased with customer service insead of with a car that is still dirty.

Took forever to do 10 minute Interior plus seat shampooing. Then when they finally told me my car was ready and I could get in my car I noticed the kid left 4 towels on my windshield and hood of my car. Kid already walked away. When I got home I realized they never put my air freshner in that's supposed to be included with the interior cleaning. I called them and let them know and they didn't offer me even a coupon for my trouble. Said all they would do is ask I drive back so they could give me the frgrance. Poor experience. I won't go back to this location.

Spent $100 to get the inside of my car cleaned and it took 1 1/2. It was not busy yet the workers were just standing around and playing leaving only 1 guy to clean my car. Then I had to have him go back and clean a number of areashorrible. Too many kids with not enough supervision :(

I am going to post this for two reasons. 1st. I was on a 19.99 unlimited plan and when I traded cars rather than transfer my account the person in the booth opened a new one which bumped my monthly to $29.95 a month. Hardly a deal expecially in the summer. When I called corp. they only offered to cancel my plan. I HAD been loyal to DS for so many years with 5 cars in household - now Royal Car wash has my business and I doubt DS even noticed me gone. Second reason, poor drying when busy they speed up the tunnel and the dry staff is more interested in the $2.00 tip I throw them than they are about drying the car. This was once a great car wash I gladly spent money with but their size has grown as the quality has fallen.

This place is absolutely disgusting!! They damaged my vehicle back in Feb (W.Ridge Road location) and still to this day the auto body shop has not received the money!!! I have called dozens of times and finally told them I have a meeting with the news and they say they are pushing the claim through now. Not one time in 3 months have I received a phone call back from anyone from claims department, the claims Manager Jackie or her boss. They all have been notified and left message after message including voicemails, letters, etc. They are beyond rude and have zero customer service skills. The auto body shop wants the money for work completed 3 months ago and now are looking to me for the money. Do not go to Delta Sonic! Go to someone who cares about the customers and not that you are just paying the salaries. Never again will I step foot in that place and will be spreading the word so others don't have to go through what I have. This is just part of what I have been dealing with. Stay away!!!

Came in for my wash today on my 2000 seville, as i was going through the wash my rain guard flew off my car. Mateo immediatly retrieved it for me and even came over where i parked and dryed my car off for me. Very satisfied with the service here

The wash it self use to be pretty good but it is now progressively getting worse. Took my suv there back in January and it came off the track and hit the wall. I had my truck in neutral and hands off the wheel but they are refusing to take responsibility

The worst car wash I have ever had done on any vehicle ever! Paid for the special wash with the tire dressing and body gloss. My entire car is covered with swirls and streaks. They even got the gloss on the back windows and you can't see out of them. While they did get the salt off the car, it has been replaced by streaks and smears so bad that the car looks worse now then before I took it in. Service has really gotten terrible at this place in the last few years.

I had a great experience at Delta Sonic today. As I was fueling up my work truck, my daughter (who has special needs and is non verbal) went into the store to get a snack. She is very impatient, and gets frustrated easily; however she was assisted by an employee named Josh (who is a neighbor of ours). He was able to calm Emily, help us with our purchase, and make the situation safe and enjoyable. You are fortunate to have employees who recognize fragile situations, and put the needs of the customer first. I am proud to know Josh, and thrilled to have him at a local business that my family patronizes!
