women who work there are very friendly. Older gentleman is rude, and clearly does not know how to treat customers. Will be shopping around the corner at a different store.

Very helpful salespeople help you pick out a supportive shoe. Discounts available for employees of many local institutions. They can help stretch shoes they sell for a better fit.

I need special order shoes. I stoped into the store today and was greeted by a careing staff member. She was very patient with my painfull feet and we were able to find a size for me. The staff here is very nice and willing to go the extra yard for customers.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I tried to return a brand new pair of shoes that they refused to accept or offer me store credit or do anything for me at all. I now threw $100 down the drain because Bob and his stores associates don't know how to treat a paying customer. I will let everyone I know not to goto this awful store with its terrible customer service. Clearly they are okay with a terrible review as I said that Ia what I was going to do and they still did nothing.

I ordered 3 uniforms for my daughter-in-law to be, attending veterinary school, well in time for Christmas. The order indicated it would arrive before Christmas. Great! No embroidery, no muss, no fuss. Three tops, one of them with a holiday pattern were ordered.
Two arrive. One is "back ordered"? What??? Wait, isn't this the age of computers? A virtual nanosecond from order to stock update?
I call. I get an explanation about a change in delivery programs or some such. Really? And you did this before Christmas? And didn't allow for this in orders? Can they do anything for me? NO.
So, on Christmas I am embarassingly short one gift. The Christmas pattern shirt. And she lives out of state, so when it arrives, I have to wrap and resend.

This is by far the best place to buy health care uniforms. The staff is very welcoming and helpful, and strive to find you exactly what you need. I will be coming back for all my uniform needs, and the discount if you work or attend school in the local area is a definite plus! If I could give them 6 stars I would!

Over priced. Amazon has better sales. And prime shipping 2 days. Don't waste your time. 4 weeks for delivery. Always out of selection and sizes. Online stores offer better service.

Their embroidery service took over a month to complete my order. They forgot to put the "," between BS, RN on my jacket so it was sent back out. I'm currently sitting at the store while they try to figure out where my jacket is. The embroidery service embroidered through a pocket. Overall poor service.

Their uniforms are 2 sizes too small. I ordered an XL jacket from them for work and it fits like a medium. I just can't zip it up. It is the only jacket that is approved to wear on the job. My XL polos come down to a little past my belly button. I wear L/XL normally.
