  I've had many cars and I only let a few people touch them. I've always had a good relationship with Chris he knows his cars when it comes to Audio. He has always done work that amazes me. I wish I could post pictures of the work he has done. He as a talent that a lot of people don't have . It's sad to say but I moved to Tampa Fl and now that I moved Its very hard to trust someone with my vehicle . I don't want to take it to Best Buy Where I'm going to have issues with someone who doesn't know what they're doing .Chris gave me his Personal phone number I'm still in contact with him. He was able to place an order for my Kenwood Deck and sent me everything that I needed to get my radio installed into my car. Now that's what call building a friendship with a customer. Going to extra way to help someone out. All I can say is Chris I'm going to be calling you soon cause I need a TV. Thanks !

  I want to start off by saying Dave's staff is very knowledgeable and informative. My car audio installation was above what I could ever imagine. The installer(s) work was very clean and precise. I would recommend Dave's Digital Audio to all my family and friends!!

  Extremely knowledgeable with car audio. I trust next to nobody with my vehicle, but I had heard from friends and family that their car installers had tons of experience and they never had an issue. I was ecstatic and honestly impressed because I've never seen or heard such good work anywhere else in Rochester or upstate New York in general. Highly recommend.

  I have known and done business with Dave Lane for 25+ years. Knowing him as I do, I can sincerely say that Dave (and his wife) are among the nicest, most genuine people you will meet. They are honest beyond reproach and truly try in earnest to make each customer's experience as good as possible. The people they hire are vetted very carefully. Of course, especially in the complex world of electronics, there are going to be mistakes and problems. But understand that the owner always wants "to do the right thing". So if there is ever an issue, know that Dave will try as hard as he can to be fair. He's very approachable and I obviously have a lot of respect for how he runs his business and how he treats people - with respect and integrity.

  Has great service and very good prices but last Time I was in I could not even get someone to wait on me or even talk to me !
  Very disappointing as I wanted to spend money with them but I gave up!

  I previously gave this establishment a poor rating due to some bad encounters I had with one of the employees. In the time that has passed, I had the opportunity to chat with the shop owner, Dave. If I had to describe Dave very briefly I would say that he is a very honest and upstanding person. He treats his customers with respect and genuine friendliness. I was compensated quickly and fairly for my inconvenience with only a few email exchange. Dave has turned around my opinion of the shop in a very positive way and I highly recommend this place if anyone is looking for high end AV equipment with professional support.

  My mom had to come in and get a breathalyzer installed in her car and Darryl was amazing !!! She had really hard time learning to breath properly and he was extremely patient with her and explained many methods to her! I started to get frustrated and he even talked with me while I waited for him to install the breathalyzer to calm me down . I mean he was truly a God send ! Thank you so much Darryl you rock!!!
