Worked with Brian to purchase a low mileage replacement engine for my wife's beloved car. Sale was simple and engine was reasonably priced. I stopped by to look at engine and had it checked out, purchased and loaded into truck within an hour. Every person (4) I interacted with was very friendly and helpful.

I had the option of purchasing a less expensive, similar mileage, engine elsewhere. I choose Wilbert's due to past experience and 6 month warranty vs 1 month. They also had a huge inventory of the same engine, which is good if I needed to do a warranty swap. I also talked with a friend who told me Wilbert's warrantied a transmission for him that was a few days outside of warranty. I felt good about giving my $$$ to Wilbert's. Nice Job!

I love coming here. Picked up a set of 4 nearly brand new tires for $200. Perfect for my lease turn-in!

Best car parts around. NYS SUCKS for screwing up title law so bad that Wilberts no longer sells cars. Still, best parts selection, condition, availability, and pricing for 100's of miles. Family owned and operated. You deal with the owners or their exceptionally capable staff. They recently expanded by constructing two new facilities. All is clean and well organized. Be aware that they are (naturally, with a business like this) BUSY you may have to wait, possibly at various times during your visit grab a soda from the machine and chill. Don't come if you're in a rush. It's well worth the wait. Also, this is a Parts shop, not a place for free installation advice. Although the counter is helpful, they deal with many professional accounts, so if you are a consumer be aware that, depending on how busy they are or who you talk to, you would be expected to have a certain level of knowledge to shop here. They won't make you feel dumb; they're just here to provide parts selection, not solve all your automotive questions. I've been coming here for my primary automotive solutions for 35 years.

Had the parts I needed, two days early, at a fair price. And they stayed open late for me to pick them up. Thanks!

Fast, friendly and straight-up honest. Quoted me a fair price and picked up my car for cash the same day. Best price in town. Did me right. Thank you.

Disorganized and slow. I went there for a part that they said on the phone would take 15 min. I was there over 45. They brought up the wrong parts 3 times. If I hadn't done the research beforehand I would have gone home with the wrong parts. I asked if I could get the mounting hardware too and was told to go to the hardware store. The only reason I didn't give 1 star is because I eventually got the right part. I would strongly suggest going to one of their competitors first.

We were able to walk in, pick out tires, get them mounted and out the door in less than 20 minutes. Very friendly staff. My brother goes there often for parts and service and has always had a good experience.
