This place has okay prices and the cartridges work pretty good. I've been buying ink from them for my business for quite a few years but due to some sketchy business practices I've decided to buy online from now on (I can't find anywhere else local to get refills). Really they're prices aren't anything special and they fall somewhere in between new and online refilled ones. Definitely cheaper online but the Metro cartridges do work pretty well and online refill companies usually have pretty mixed, or bad, reviews. Anyhow here are a few of my stories and I'll let you be the judge:

    1) I always buy 2 of my cartridges so I have a spare. One of them didn't work so I brought it back to exchange. It was in their packaging, it was stapled shut and looked like a new refurbished cartridge when I got it. What I didn't notice was the cartridge had some other sticker on it but I thought they were just reselling different brands. Well they wouldn't take it back and accused me of switching it out. Obviously they're so clueless they didn't notice it when they sold it to me or some one else pulled one on them. I finally purchased some more ink at half off but I wasn't too happy. Be SURE it has they're sticker logo on it or you'll be out of luck.

    2) Here's a good one. I stopped by on a weekday during business hours but the door was locked and no one was there. So I call their number to see if they moved to a new location or something because I didn't see any merchandise inside either. Some one answers the phone and says he's "nearby" and can help me in like 45 minutes. The guy claimed they were "renovating" and basically closed for a week or something. Well I'm not waiting around that long and I walk back to my car but he tries to convince me to come back tomorrow and he'll sell me some ink. I then realize I can hear him not only on my phone but also from across the parking lot where he's standing on the sidewalk talking on his cell phone. Weird. I did eventually come back, see next story.

    3) Finally a major issue I have with this place is they are inconsistent on everything from returns, to in stock cartridges, to trading in empty cartridges, to being open at any given time. I finally got around to getting to this place after they were unofficially closed for renovations (see above) and they don't have any of my cartridges in stock. I want the HP extra large cartridges that give like 700 pages. They only have the regular size that prints like 200 pages. So the guy offers to sell them at a discount but I still get ripped off cause I have to buy 4 of these things and no one else in town refills cartridges anymore! They also NEVER ask for my empties back and they charge the same price whether you have them or not but if you actually ask about it they'll tell you they require them back to buy new ones or some spiel. Yeah, no you don't. They often don't have what I need and they've hassled me so much I'll just go elsewhere and save all the trouble.

Called there to inquire about a specific type of ink, and was literally hung up on! My husband runs a huge photography studio-they will never get our business! (Did I mention that this is the second time this happened?) Horrible business!!
