I recently purchased a dining set through Ruby-Gordon’s website since they had the lowest price for the model compared to other retailers. I was a bit worried without the face to face interaction, but now I couldn’t be happier. Customer service was great. They stayed in touch with me and kept me updated through emails and phone calls throughout the entire process. I received the order very quickly considering it was a special order and only available to order online. Lastly, the delivery guys were amazing and did a wonderful job putting the table together and setting it up for me. Will be doing business with Ruby-Gordon again!

My wife and I visited three other furniture stores (each we left extremely disappointed in either their selection or customer service techniques) in the area before coming to Ruby Gordon. Our experience at Ruby Gordon was fantastic and plan to recommend to everyone! Nick Powers was great! He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and polite. We plan on coming back for all future furniture needs!

Our family stopped in today looking to purchase a sofa/love seat combination or a sectional. We knew that we would leave with something because we love Ruby Gordan. Ron, our sales person, was very easy going, knowledgable, and did not pressure us as we were shopping. We had a great experience with him. He helped us choose our items as well as fabrics for our pieces. We also utilized the interior designer services offered. Wayne was extremely helpful and guided us through measuring our space and what items would work for our family. We don't shop for furniture often, however; when we do, we always look to Ruby Gordan first. We have leather furniture that we purchased approximately10 years ago and it is still absolutely beautiful!!! Very pleased with our purchase today and can't wait for delivery! The ladies in the back office were also wonderful. They had some trouble with the financing website because it was "down" for a bit but they were incredibly patient and very attentive. Another GREAT experience with Ruby Gordan. Thank you so much!

Ruby Gordon is absolutely a 5 star professional furniture and decor store. If I could give them 6 stars I would. My mother was lifelong customer and I will always be too ! Ruby Gordon has an amazing amount of gorgeous sofa configurations, recliners, mattresses, area rugs, and not to forget about beautiful accessories. I visited the store once alone and Ron was very attentive upon arrival. He was knowledgeable about each sofa I looked at for 30 min. I was amazed that any sofa on display could be ordered in the fabric of my choice. I returned with my family and spent 2.5 hours at the Henrietta store again, sitting. Laying, and reclining . Power footrests, power head rests, and power lumbar furniture . Some even had USB ports. It was spectacular that the recliner sofa and recliner we selected was in stock , then DELIVERED TO OUR HOME LESS THAN 24 HOURS later it was delivered to our home free delivery wrapped for protection. High quality made on the USA furniture. You will be happy when you walk in the store to browseask for Ron , he absolutely provided us with 5 star service too ! Thanks Julie

We had a great experience at Ruby-Gordon. Ray greeted us right away to give us the lay of the land and then gave us our space to walk around and try out different couches. We knew exactly what we were looking for and ended up finding a couch and a chair to match, all for a very decent sale price. It was delivered three days later and we love our purchase! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back the next time we buy furniture.

Sales team was very helpful helping me find exactly what I was looking for and did s great job measuring to make sure the couch would fit. Great price and free delivery. My only complaint is the amount of delivery time. That wasn't mentioned until the very end.

Nick Powers was a perfect salesman for me. He was attentive, listening to my mind go through several steps before settling on a coupleofbasic pieces. Then he could tell I didn't know where to go from there, so he asked me if I would Like to involve a,designer. She, Donna. Was also wonderful. We took quite a lot of time, covering the store. Her suggestions and final combinationswere invaluable. I would not have been able to pull together so many dispute coloring into something I really liked, and know I would continue to like. Her final offer to deliver the beautiful lamps and help me arrange my home is wonderful. I know business is important, but I never felt for a second,that I was second to the sale. Beautiful. I am grateful for the kind service, classic purchases, the fair pricing, , and the financing plan. Thank you. Another lovely tough was having Mr Ruby come over to meet me. I have enough money to get by, but am not rich. I am totally satisfied.

My girlfriend and I went to Ruby Gordon to buy a couch, and I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. They have a HUGE showroom with tons of furniture, and we were able to quickly find a few couches we liked. The sales guy was helpful but not pushy at all. They delivered the couch the next day, and that went completely smoothly too. The prices were quite expensive reasonable too, especially because there was a Labor Day sale. We spent $700 on a brand-new couch (including delivery and warranty package); people on Craigslist are charging almost that for crummy used couches! No thanks. Ruby Gordon is a way better bet.

OUTSTANDING (after the sale) customer service from DAVE in service! He came out to our residence to put together a bed for our 3 yr old when we couldn't figure it out. He treated us as a real people- not numbers! We were so impressed with what he did that we will most definitely buy more furniture from Ruby Gordon in the coming weeks, as we have just moved into a new home. We hope Ruby Gordon acknowledges what an asset they have!!!

I want to say that this is the second time that I am purchasing living room furniture from Ruby Gordon, and I am always happy with the sales service and quality of furniture that I receive. This time I bought living room furniture for myself, and a living room set as a house warming present for my daughter and her family. The quality is always good as well. I passed the 14 year old living room set on to my son who recently moved out and is getting started on his own in life, and that furniture is still in good condition after 14 years!!

The prices are very reasonable and the salesman Ray Walker is a great guy he worked with us to find exactly what we were looking for to finish our home the way we like it to be. Worked with Chuck L on kitchen table and sectional purchase, he was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

So, we love the look of the sectional we bought, but was not comfortable. We were worried we were going to be stuck with it. After calling our salesman, the store manager, John called us right back. We went today, and found more suitable furniture for our family and the room it was going in. John was so helpful, he spent a lot of time working with us. Because of the exceptional professionalism and genuine caring we will buy all our furniture needs at Rudy Gordon. I cannot say enough for this business. I will refer anyone to purchase their home needs here. Customer service is the backbone of any business and this place gets an A+. Thank you so much for all you did for us.

We had a great experience at Ruby-Gordon. We were looking for new living room furniture and went to several stores in our search. The salesman we worked with was Chuck Lamb. Chuck asked just the right questions to show us the furniture which would fit both my husband's and my needs. Buying new furniture that we intend to keep for a long time was a big deal for us. There was no high pressure. Chuck was patient through our multiple visits to Ruby-Gordon and very knowledgeable with our many questions about the furniture that we considered. We have had our furniture for about a year and we love it. Great price for the quality.

I was initially greeted by a salesman(Nick Powers), who then let me look around the store on my own. I was relieved that he didn't follow me around the store. At one point, he found me, and asked it I had any questions. I liked that he didn't repeatedly check in with me. Because I could look at the furniture, without getting frustrated by someone looking over my shoulder, I was able to find an item I liked. I bought the item, and plan to go back soon to buy another item I saw in the store. (I've been to other furniture stores, and quickly left without buying anything, because the salesperson followed me around.
