PC Innovations was recommended by a computer-savvy friend as the place he goes to when he’s stuck. When my laptop started breaking down, I took it there wondering if I should replace it rather than repair it. They explored various options, and it turned out that replacement was the best. When I went in, I didn’t realize they sold computer products as well as repaired them. Their price for what I wanted was the same as at Best Buy, and they give a lifetime warranty. In exchange for the dying laptop, they transferred all my data and emails from it onto the new one. The emails were problematic, but they stuck with it until it came out right. I think they mostly provide IT services to businesses and corporations, but they also give plenty of time and personal attention to little guys like me.

Called and tried to ask questions to ensure a trip to them with my laptop would not be in vain. When I asked if I could speak to someone who knew what Bootcamp was, she said "go ahead". So I explained to her that I was having a Windows issue and she freaked a little and kept asking me if I was running Windows on a Mac. So I explained to her that Bootcamp and Parallels were virtual partitions that allowed running both the Mac OS and Windows and that I would like to speak with someone that understood what they were. She then said "No need to get nasty". She had someone else to answer in order to tell me that they couldn't help me. I was not nasty. I made an explanation and a request.
One of these reviews say that they 'care'. Really not.

I have bought 6 computers for my immediate family from PC Innovations over the past 8 - 10 years without any problems at all. As a result of this I have recommended them to numerous family and friends who have taken advantage of PC Innovations family atmosphere.
For 10 years I had a small computer consulting business. Whenever a customer needed a new computer or an upgrade, PC Innovations was my exclusive source for these needs. I called on them over 100 times for their help and they always delivered a quality product. To this day, I don't go any where else.

Absolutely stellar service. They built me a new computer and I couldn't be happier with the results. They can remote in to diagnose and give support if any issues arise.
