Very nice store, it is always clean, and the staff is very helpful. I often question that there sales prices are real sales, I feel like they mark the nonsales price up. I was here for Black Friday, and everything was very organized and well run, the check out process was faster than in past years.

This place has a very good selection of clothing for the entire family. No matter what their fashion tastes are Kohl's has an excellent selections to satisfy even the picky eye. Coupons & online coupons are another way to save big.

Went on Thanksgiving evening and the line was to the back of the store. I only picked up a couple things and thought, do I really want to wait in this long line? I did, and it went by very quickly. I was only in line for about 10 minutes. Kohl's did an awesome job serving everyone in a timely manner, and the cashiers were very friendly. Kudos to Kohl's!

Great experience, I found a nice blouse & the sales lady & cashier was very nice, polite & helping. The store was clean & inviting. I will doing my shopping there again.

Typical Kohl's, so it's a decent store! Good customer service, and decent prices, although they're one of the company's that has "sales" constantly to make you think you're getting a deal when you're not. If you want really cheap clothes try Marshalls or Plato's closet!

First time ever in this store. Was clean and big, and filled with great items at awesome prices. The one negative was when asked if they had a military discount my register employee stated no, but register employee stated yes and my sister in law waa able to use her military discount. They should all know, or at least ask instead of automatically saying no, because I knew they did have the discount.

I always find clothing I love here for my whole family! A big selection.
I strongly suggest getting a Kohl's charge card because they often send coupons you can use multiple times making the prices are so reasonable.
They also give "Kohl's cash" as reward for shipping there.

Extremely Pathetic customer service, the helpline is not willing to refund my money!! The customer service manager is NOT helpful and Pathetic!!. They charged my visa card twice and next day when I called the customer service phone line then they refused to return the money back to my card. Basically they are looking for wife’s verbal or in writing permission because my wife is the member, plus she is out of country for more than a month so it is not easy to obtain her permission in writing or even making call to US from the international route may also cost lot of money for example extra rooming charge, international call rates are expensive now I have to wait until my wife come back to US. This is so ridiculous and I even complained to the customer service manager but they have their own made rules and compliances to return the customer's money which does not make any sense. I am going to cancel my wife membership immediately and I tell everyone please do not shop at any Kohl's stores as these folks can give you hard time for refunds

This is my favorite store in the whole city. LOVE IT! It is set up well. I can always find what I want. And the customer service is GREAT!

Love the customer service here, Jake was amazing! He was courteous and very helpful! The other associates were fantastic too, just can't remember their names. I went to get a Carpet shampooer and I got it for almost half the price after a black Friday sale plus a discount that the associate at the register gave us.
