I'd give 4-5 stars except for the cigarette butt and loose tobacco under the pillow on the made-up bed in my non-smoking room.
Nobody there seemed interested. No responsible manager available.

Dirty place, pricy. there are not place shampoo, and just put half of toilet paper in the bathroom. Mirrors, floor, bathroom no clean, looks kind of be just used for somebody. I paid almost $200 per a night.

Great hotel. Room was okay-sized. Breakfast was decent. Great location. Not too many people were there at the time of my stay.

PLEASE READ : Where do I begin I never write any positive nor negative reviews onto any businesses. The way we were treated for being rushed to book a room for safety was completely unacceptable
After a 17 hour drive from Florida finally arriving to the hotel myself my fiancé and 6 immediate family members were turned away from our reservation because it exceeded capacity and violated the fire codes
We stayed calm. We told them we had 3 small children all under 6. They were exhausted and needed to have baths and we needed time to figure out our next step. When we spoke to the woman at the front desk she said the owner was not in and when we politely asked for contact information to explain the need for time to just figure out our next step she refused to give it to us. We got ZERO compassion from them and the people on customer service line, instead, just like the response from the supposed owner of the hotel a reitterance of the fire codes and why they couldn't break them. We tried to compromise offering for them to keep the money for the entire stay if we took turns in the room to get clean. Another no. Why in the world we were treated this was is still beyond me. Never in my life have I felt so unimportant while under such an immense amount of stress leaving behind the unknown future of our homes and our families we couldn't bring. No apologies were given to us but that's ok. It is still completely unacceptable that we weren't heard when we wouldn't have broken any rules by taking turn to get cleaned up and situated in a room we paid for. There's no fixing the negative reflection of this establishment , it's very clear that the simple things we asked for would've still been a no . Do not respond informing me of fire codes when I'm fully aware that people have visitors at hotels all the time, knowing we were standing outside the hotel for 2 hours didn't even offer us the lobby to figure out or next move, just further cemented the damage they caused. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE ! Do not contact me there's no fix . I already know the true owner wouldn't be responding to me directly anyhow.

Correction 8 people total. Thank you for your generic copy and paste reply . You will NEVER earn my family or friends business. No need to reply!

Why no 0 star? Writing this as brief as I can. As we majority know hotels are busy with the hurricane mandatory evacs. After 17 hours of driving our family was EXHAUSTED. We do admit we were rushed in booking to have our family escape in time. We over booked the room. Nevertheless manager was quick to say no can do you have to leave. No more rooms were available, I would have been HAPPY to pay double to just not drive anymore. All booked. We even called corporate brainstorm an idea of use the room under their 4 person policy to use for 1 of the 3 nights and I would have let them keep my 1night stay just to clear our heads and figure out where to go next. We were sitting in the parking lot for hours before having to drive another 2 hours to even get a hotel. Shame on this hotel, and respectfully not because of even their policy but how bitter they were. I would never treat a customer like that in my business. Never would i ever recommend any family or friends spend a cent here. *Admin or owner do not contact me to rectify situation as i am already in another state STILL driving to get some much needed rest.. **** And the response to the owner below it was 8 people not 9. I understand the fire regulation I do. I was upset the unwillingness to compromise anything in our florida State of emergency. We were going to switch back and forth under the 4 person policy but even that was denied, not for the 3 days, not even for the NIGHT just a few hours to think instead of panicking in the parking lot having to drive another 2 hours away. We had our backs against the wall from the storm and even corporate did not want to help. Overall when there is a state of emergency and no options, SOME help would be appreciated. That's all.

For the price, location, and facilities, you can't beat it in the area. The free breakfast is always filling. The rooms are always clean. The staff is always friendly. This is a perfect quality budget hotel.

Nice hotel. They had clean updated rooms with cold air. The parking lot was well lit and the pool was nice. They had a nice selection of breakfast items and the coffee was hot and strong.

A friend of mine booked a room for me at this hotel a couple of weeks ago. Upon checking in, I was greeted by a young man whom I had a wonderful discussion with on several matters. He checked me in in record time. I have never been checked in that quickly in my life! He was very attentive to my needs throughout the stay and humbly told me that he was just doing his job (he seemed very busy). My hotel experience was phenomenal thanks to this hard working college kid. 5 out of 5!

The man that checked us in was very nice, but the woman we dealt with later was less than accommodating. She charged us for another night because we were 12 minutes late checking out. Keep in mind that we checked in at 6:30am and only stayed until noon -- perfectly willing to pay for one night. But she charged us for another night anyway. The washer was broken. The towels were thin and extremely rough. We will be looking for a Fairfield Inn in the future. Country Inn has lost our business.
