Service was wonderful even for a one night stay. Got there at 11pm, ready to eat, clerk used her phone to call local deliver place when they close at 11. Let us put in our order cause of her. The 6 yr old was very happy!

Decent hotel. Room was clean, breakfast was good. Located right by a train track which is pretty active, 3-4 per night.

The location was about as good as you can expect, considering. The front desk staff was attentive and the room was clean. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and the towels weren't too scratchy. All in all I'd recommend this motel.

Staff is great, We always hold at least one meeting a year. All of our salesmen and managers stay, great value.

Very nice staff at check in. They ran to get a wheelchair when they realized I was ill so my son could check in. They provided me with bottled water which I repeatedly dropped. Even as I was apologizing for the mess and not being able to talk right they were telling me it was all okay. They didn't mind. Little did they recognize the symptoms of a stroke. I believe hotel staff should be instructed in some symptoms of basic things that can be major. My son, who is mentally handicapped, made me get off the road because my driving was scaring him. I was so out of it in that lobby, while I sat there while my son unloaded our stuff, and now after months of falling, dropping so much stuff and generally feeling so weak we realized what had happened. I was having a stroke while sitting there. I wish someone could have seen and known what was going on. They could have called an ambulance and changed the rest of my life. I guess the room was okay. My son, who can't drive, walked out to bring me food which I never touched. He never complained later and believe me if something was wrong we would have heard about it. Stay there.

So clean and brand new. Typical southern hospitality staff and great breakfast. So happy we decided to stay here instead of Birmingham.

The room was spotlessly clean, beds were extremely comfortable, hot breakfast was fresh and delicious. But at 2:20 am and again at 3:15 am a freight train went by and was very loud. Also, the hot water ran out in the morning when we were getting ready to go; the only water that would come on was cold.

The location is convenient, the hotel spotless, breakfasts outstanding, decent work out room and business center, and the staff are efficient and could not be nicer. I have been there several times for work, and the manager and staff went out of their way to assist me. Thank you for making my stays a true pleasure.

Safe area. Clean rooms . Reasonably priced. Courteous staff. My Family stayed here on trip back from Florida. Great for a stop to sleep through the night.

Very clean room. The room smelled fresh and clean. The breakfast was the usual for Hampton Inn. Food was hot. The coffee was good. Returning from Florida our car was packed with 2 bikes on the back. No problem with the overnight parking.

Check in was fast and easy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and gave me a complimentary toothbrush when I forgot my own. The room was very clean, AC worked great, bed was very comfortable. The walls seem thin, though - I could hear a lot of the people in the room next door and in the parking lot.
Breakfast in the morning was a little lackluster. The omelet was good, but the French toast sticks were dry and chewy and the apple juice tasted like apple-tinged water. Coffee was great, though.
Overall, I'd stay here again.response / report this review
