Staff very nice. Good prices. Nice, clean and quiet.
Clean room. Adequate bed. Minimal breakfast. Poor TV cable reception in our room.
The customer service is great. The rooms could use some updating, but are worth the price. The rooms were nicely cleaned. I would recommend to anyone, that was looking for a inexpensive room near downtown Birmingham.
Everywhere smells like cigarette smoke even the lobby. If you’re staying one night that’s fine but I wouldn’t stay more than one night in this place. not very clean
I have stayed at a Days Inn in Fultondale it looks a whole lot better I was very disappointed with my stay no microwave refrigerator looks like it was just put in there Don't forget the roaches I saw I advised people to not stay here with your child I had my 1 yr old with me and I had to sanatize all his toys before we left
Not to badnot 5 star but not bad. Good deal for the money. I would come back
Nice hotel. Quiet and clean. Bathroom was a little on the small side, but the room itself was spacious. Continental breakfast needs work, but overall I was pleased. Would definitely return.
My sister stayed here for the Senior games in June. She spent 5 nights at this motel. Everyone was friendly. the room was small but comfortable and clean. Finding places to eat was not a problem. The motel breakfast was adequate. there was just not a big selection.
Do not stay here unless you are looking for drugs or prostitutes. We checked in on Saturday around 5, this place was jumping with activity. The front desk must be involved because they turned a blind eye. All night long we heard racket, pimps beating their hoes, glass breaking, cars peeling out. The breakfast laid out by the hotel consisted of breads, or cereal with out dated milk in a jug in a warm refrigerator. Leaving our room in the morning after the crazy locked in night, there is a busted whiskey bottle in the only walkway. We told the front desk and she said there would be maintenance here after 3pm and they would take care of it. Safety hazard for guests. I called Days Inn and Wyndham and neither would help me relocate to a better hotel. Both advised me to talk to the front desk and try to work it out for myself. I am leaving and probably loosing my money, but safety is paramount to me. The lady at the desk who was there all day and night as well as in the morning, what a work ethic, was cold and seemed only concerned about revenue and not guest concerns.
Right off the interstate and very clean and nice staff! Updated rooms and comfortable beds.
Plenty of truck parking (we had a trailer on the back of a work van). Inexpensive for the quality. Close to downtown. Room was clean, sheets smelled nice, renovated bathroom and flat screen tv. The pool however was closed for some reason.
A hidden gem! I feel I jipped the lovely management and staff, I wish I could have given them more money for all we got. The lovely gent running the show even let me borrow their scissors from behind the front desk when I needed them. They were very sharp and worked well. I was able to cut everything super great. But let me gush a bit about the room the shower had both hot and cold. I sanitized myself very thoroughly. We all did. There were enough pillows so everyone got one, which made it really perfect for sleeping. The coolest part, you may wonder? The toilet! Flushed everything in a counterclockwise direction, pretty neat. I felt like I was in Australia, not Alabama. YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY BOOK THIS HOTEL.
This was a great hotel! My favorite hotel ever! So many good things to say I don't know where to begin. There was a TV and it worked well, although I never turned it on. It was flat screen which is really good for the price of the room. There was a really good blow dryer. It was so hot I almost burnt my hair but it dried so fast. Wow. The bed sheets were so comfortable, I slept like a baby after a handle of Jimmy. Oh and not mention the prime location. It doesn't get better than this! I didn't see any bugs and don't understand why the reviews are so negative.
