Older hotel but we'll maintained overall. Have stayed previously due to the favorable location for my needs as there isn't another Marriott property within a reasonable distance.

very clean, comfortable beds, Wifi, hot breakfast, decent coffee. Kristine kept the hot breakfast food coming even as time was almost up she continued to feed the masses with a smile on her face and genuine acommodating, informative, friendly and polite hospitality! Best price in the circle of 3 other hotels inn that street.

Time we're spacious and seemed recently renovated. A/C was great and the beds comfortable. We will certainly stay here again.

It is a fairly dated hotel. It has been pretty clean so far so that is nice! The A/C unit is on the window not a thermostat on the wall but it looks like they are going that way. I would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at this Fairfield Inn for one night while driving on I-95 to Nashville. It seemed to be an older property but it was clean and well-maintained. The only strange thing about our room was that the air conditioning seemed to turn off as soon as we left the room but turned on again as soon as we opened the door upon our return. The room was stifling hot when we first arrived and hot again when we returned from dinner although the AC immediately came on by itself and cooled the room quickly, but it was strange! Otherwise everything was typical for a Fairfield Inn. The breakfast was fine and the interactions with the staff were efficient and pleasant. The location is good- right off I-95 and near lots of restaurants.

The room was clean and comfortable. The person at the counter was very nice. It was in a great location for us. Not far off of interstate 65. And it had a good free breakfast.

Very nice hotel. Incredibly clean, nice loaders rooms. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. My only complaint is that the indoor pool was WAY over chlorinated. It was so strong that just walking into the room burned your eyes. Once the kids started coughing we had to make them get out and leave.

Horrible experience. kids holding the elevator on the 2nd floor and we could never get it to come up to the 3rd. ended up taking the stairs, same kids were in the pool from 7am-? very loud with no parents to be found. went down for breakfast and it was crazy, no one was working and they were out of everything but muffins. a mom was putting her young child on the counter and the child was touching all the food. it was so gross that we left for cracker barrel. not so much the hotels fault, just felt under staffed and made our experience horrible.

This property is very clean and modern and is certainly nicer than a few other Fairfield hotels I have experienced. The location is adequate for access to the Birmingham airport although not very close to downtown. I skipped breakfast, similar cannot report on that. There are several hotels more convenient to downtown, to include some Marriott properties, but it you are doing business on the north side of Birmingham, I would recommend this hotel.

We just stayed here for 1 night and everything was very nice. The location is easy on and off I-65. The room was big with 2 queen beds. The room, bathroom and hotel in general was very clean. The basic breakfast is included and comfortable place to seat and eat. We would recommend and definitely stay here again.
