Nice and convenient. Needs some improvements on the outside of the building like power washing. Cobbwebs outside of hotel room. We needed extra blankets had to go to the front desk to get it. But over all this hotel is not bad. Apartment like setting.

This was an impromptu stop for my family during an emergency. We were helped by a very professional desk clerk. We had a room that met all our needs. The room and amenities were great. I felt the price was also very reasonable. Thanks so much. Would highly recommend this facility.

Stayed during the great evacuation for Hurricane Irma. The staff was very accommodating and truly provided southern hospitality. The local businesses truly stepped up their game and opened their doors and hearts by providing discounts or even comping fees because they were aware that we hailing from Fl. While I was not happy with having to temporarily displace myself and family I can say if I ever have to do it againI will not have a second thought or reservations to come back here! The community of Birmingham thank you for opening your hearts.

The staff here really will go above and beyond! They are attentive and will assist with what ever you may need. It was my 13 year old daughter's birthday and wet really wanted to do something special. the housekeeping was so accurate and attentive we were able to pull off something nice for her! thank you guys! We come back every 6 ish months!

I like the cleanliness of it. The decor is very appealing to the eyes. It has a swimming pool outdoor and a basketball court also two grills in their sport area. The suites are spacious. Yes Homewood Suites has bag storage.

Great hotel really, rooms are a bit small but do have kitchenettes. Only complaint is it smelled like puke in the hallway when I was there. Also breakfast is good

Heard great thing about this place and came to book it at Inverness location, if I'm not mistaken Karen in the front desk the person that we spoke to. We asked if we can look at some rooms to see what would be the best fit for us and she said that she can't show us anything now, I said ok. What do you have available, her answer was nothing in the dates that you asking for. I said what about a different time frame, when would you have something available we are in a no hurry and her answer was I don't know. So I felt like I'm trying so hard to give someone my business. From me being a diamond member this by far was the worst experience that I had from a Hilton hotel.

Beautiful, clean, cordial staff. Enjoyed breakfast Monday morning as well. Only 2 concerns we had were the water temperature fluctuated during showers (without flushing) and we were notified upon arrival that we may have our carpets cleaned during our stay. I actually called 2 times in preparation for this 2 days of rest there and no one mentioned it even as early as 3 hours before when speaking to the front desk. Thankfully ours had already been done and we're just a little damp, but I could deal with that. Very nice and will stay there again when returning to the area.
