The room was very dirty. As an example, our 9 month old was crawling on the floor and found a pile of toe nail clippings at the head of the bed near the night stand. It was as if they completely skipped the room cleaning. They did quickly switch us to another room. However, very little effort was made to atone for the gross mistakes. They offered to add points to my account or give us a free night stay for recompense, but never followed through. It was very gross. We will never stay here again. To top things off the bed was uncomfortable and breakfast was lousy. I would know, I am Gold member with Hilton. This means I average 40 nights in Hilton hotels in a year. After that issue I have elected to stay with other hotels when possible. This has dropped my status with them to 16 nights for the year. I usually liked them better than other hotels, but have been turned off by this experience.

The bed was uncomfortable . You could feel the springs in the bed. The breakfast was bad. Eggs had no taste. They were powder eggs. Potatoes had a awful taste and were not completely cooked. Taste like they came out of a bag frozen. Pillows were flat and mold in bathroom..the tub was narrow and no slip proof in tub.

Everyone on staff gave exemplary service from greeting us as soon as we walked in until we left. The atmosphere is relaxing and the hotel is beautiful and clean. Would highly recommend staying here when in town for a show at Oak Mountain Amphitheater or a business meeting.

My wife forgot a personal belonging and they were friendly and accommodating and sent the entire item back. They go beyond what is expected, hotel was spotless, and the only gym ever that had all the equipment working! Good job we will most definitely stay again next Herat when we return to town

Beautiful room. We traveled for over 14 hours today, tired & they made us relaxed & comfortable. Clean! It is greatly appreciated. We are on our way back home after hurricane Irma.

Great facility, modern decor, extremely comfortable beds. The staff is excellent! My husband stays here frequently traveling with his business as this is the only hotel in Pelham he will use!

Wonderful customer service from the moment you walk in the door. The hotel was clean and smelled fresh. We stayed in a double queen room. The room was comfortable and modern. It included a flat screen tv, microwave and refrigerator. The beds were a little too soft. The water pressure in the bathroom was amazing! They offered a full breakfast. The food was FRESH and tasted great. I would recommend this hotel, and I would stay here again.

This was the best Hampton that we have ever stayed at. The lady working the breakfast area was impeccable. She paid attention to every single little detail. Hampton has really upped its game on not only the breakfast for the overall stay. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely courteous when we checked in and he even gave us two bottles of water in a bag to check a sin with. The whole atmosphere is very nice almost elegant. The room was extremely clean. The only semi complaint I would ever have about this facility was the fact that they use a lot of wallpaper and wallpaper requires a lot of upkeep but that does not take away from your stay at all. The beds were absolutely perfect the firmness of them was exactly what we needed after a long day of mountain biking at Oak Mountain State Park. There were four pillows on each bed too soft and too firm which allow you to have what you wanted for selection and you were able to prop yourself up in bed to read or search the internet prior to falling asleep. One of the neatest things in the room was the ceiling fan I have never been to a hotel with a ceiling fan this was quite a nice feature in a smart option since it will help this hotel save energy on their Heating and Cooling. Speaking of heating and cooling, there was perfect control on the wall and once you set it it stayed at the right setting perfect. In the bathroom the Furnishings are very nice and everything worked fine, you even got some mouthwash which I have not seen for quite a while and any hotel. There was a mini fridge in the room and a microwave, we did not use either one. Again this hotel is the best Hampton we have ever stayed at

Beautiful hotel with very friendly and attentive staff! They have free drinks and finger foods some weeknights. Very comfortable beds and the free breakfast has a lot of variety including a make your own waffle station. I love the convenient coffee and tea station by the front desk that has a few different types of coffee and tea to choose from.
