Here's a story for you, me , my mother, and two coworkers took a trip to Louisville to attend a few local haunted houses, while there we stayed at here, We came back to the room played cards until about 4am, then settled in for bed, right after we settled in we heard some commotion outside and peeked out to sew some kids aged 19-24, one was about to knock on our door. I tried to convince one of my group to scare them, but he,let's just call him Jake. Jake instead answered the door to, we'll call him Paul, who asked if we knew good place for pizza. At 4:30am Jake said no but thought it was a good idea to ask, "You know where a fella can get some weed?" Which stemmed a whole conversation between Jake and Paul, who Jake then invited in for drinks, well Paul had a friend , "David" . David came in super drunk and started blabbing about how decent his sizing was and how he had gotten a stripper to fall in love with him.
"oh no,the stripper took my hat, it had my name, that was a 200 hat" blah blah blah and so on, then things got even weirder as David decided it would be a good idea to start hitting on my mother, a 49 year old, and our Friend, we'll call her Cat, well Cat and my Mom died of laughter, and David continued on and on about how they should join him in a three way because it's his birthday wish, TO MY MOM, this went on for hours til finally we were able to usher them out, only because they were falling asleep.

    The end

Now the hotel itself was peaceful but could use a little maintence and better room cleanings

Nice people, outdated rooms. Sketchy location. Unattractive lobby. Selling outdated TVs in the lobby area.

This location is currently (September 2017) undergoing renovation. Our room was disheveled. We had no baseboards or trim, and had a full 2 inch gap between the bottom of our door and the floor allowing light and air from outside to come in. The staff was very nice and courteous, and they did include a free breakfast. It worked out for the amount of money we paid.

Room looked halfway decent so I went ahead and checked in. Pulled the top cover down found stains and no blankets! Asked for blankets and after the staff searched was notified that there wasn't any there! Then I asked for my money back and they wouldn't give a refund! There was suspicious people hanging around in the parking lot most of the night! I did not feel comfortable or safe at this hotel! Do not stay here I would recommend paying a little extra for a better room!

This hotel is disgusting and it has nothing to do with the renovations. There were stains on everything: carpet, toilet, sink, sheets. The king size bed has two twin beds as the bed frame. The bathroom door knob wasn't even put on right. It locked you in from the outside. The pillow was about 20 years old and shredded on the inside. The website claimed to be pet friendly but there is absolutely no grass to be walked on. I paid online and was told they didn't know if I got my military discount and then my sister had to pay $26.50 more for her dog. The view from your room is a huge liquor store. If there was a way to get our money back we would have gone elsewhere but they said since I paid online they couldn't refund. The clerk was nice its not her fault this place is nasty and ghetto but at least the toilets flushed i guess. This hotel is proof that if herpes could jump you would have it after staying here.

ROOM: Absolutely thrilled that they had facial tissue in addition to the normal bathroom toiletries. Only a few hotels I've stayed at have those and when allergies are bad, it is a blessing,

HOTEL MANAGEMENT STAFF: Extremely polite. Were very well mannered and eager to help in anyway possible.

LOCATION: Very close to Kentucky Kingdom.

COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST: Just having one of these is great, and they have a small variety of things. Saves time and saves money.

Raunchy rooms that smell musky with sticky carpet. Plenty of cigarette holes in bedding. Elevator is in questionable condition. Shady characters hanging out all over. Old school rooms with a 22 year old Zenith television, no microwave or mini fridge. Not to mention its in the HOOD. Area directly behind the hotel is shady AF.

Out dated. Dirty. Beds were small. I asked for a non smoking room. I got put in a smoking room. No Wi-Fi. Got charged double. Took 5 days to get my refund.

Wasn't to bad, the rooms were clean, basic TV, breakfast was pretty good, people were smoking pot but doesn't bother me as long as they keep to themselves. Everyone was kind except one Mexican lady working the breakfast bar, seemed to keep cussing to herself and was violent with the trash cans and other misc objects.. Not a bad place to stay near downtown and old Louisville

This place was very disappointing and very dirty. Staff was rude and treated you like you were an incovience. The night we stayed there, there were people smoking marijuana right outside our hotel door and smoke was just rolling in underneath our door. The crowd of people that are there are very dirty. My bed had blood stains under the sheets and hair was found numerous places in the bathroom and in the wash cloths/ towels. I would never stay here again and would never recommend this place to anyone. The quality inn next door is where we stayed our second night, and it was a breath of fresh air. Very clean/ friendly staff/ noise free/ rooms were really nice! Hope this review helps! ( Wish I could have read this before I stayed at the Days INN.
