Great hotel. Stayed here twice. Clean and modern room. A concierge one time and a bellhop another weren't the friendliest people on Earth, with the latter lashed out with quite a nasty remark. But hey, this is Miami lol.
They have a restaurant with a bar next door which you can eat at, but also (during the time we stayed there anyway) the hotel gives out stipends/coupons to go to this restaurant/bar to get free and reduced priced drinks.
Out behind the restaurant is the hotel's pool and a nice seating area and lighting where hotel guests can lounge and enjoy their drinks. I'd stay here again.
Neat and clean place. Rooms are maintained well. Breakfast is good. Walkable to beach and lot of restaurants. Little costly for the facilities provided.
Front-desk staffs not honest about parking, they try to sell valet parking for $38/day. There is a municipal public parking not too far which is max $20/day. The breakfast is very basic - coffee, juice cereal, bagel, bread, banana and apple. Rooms, elevator are small / expensive for what you get. Location is no doubt pretty good.
My room was small however, that's expected with many of the boutique hotels in South Beach. Very clean, great location. The entire staff was friendly & helpful. I would return
Hotel was very nice. Didn't get to take advantage of the pool because it was a short stay but rooms provided everything you needed for your stay. Very friendly staff, complimentary continental breakfast, comfy bed, and nice shower. Only complaint is after a night of drinking and dancing id like to be able to lower my AC passed 71 degrees especially being a Floridian. Otherwise would of given it 5 stars even though elevators went down for a few hours.
The good Great location and near restaurants. The bad. Thin walls and small room.
Great spot! Rooms were nice and clean.
Great hotel. Awesome location
Strong cleaning chemicals smell even in the room. Nothing offered even water was to pay.
If I could give no stars I would of .People don't be fooled this place don't worth your hard earn money or even if you get the money for free. The picture is well taken for the pool because a duck will not use it and be comfortable. The room and bath Is horrible.Listen go here if you want to disappointed.Nuff said.
Nice rooms and breakfast included in the stay. Friendly staff and good service. All in all satisfactory
Service was great staff was super nice. The hotel itself could use a huge update very old and run down. Water pressure was horrible. All the carpets could be replaced as it looks like something was spilled in the 70's and no one ever cleaned it. Do not go by online pictures of this establishment very deceiving.
I checked into the hotel at midnight and spent the next hour making sure I had a room at another establishment by 11am. The hotel lobby furniture is filthy. The carpet on the floors is disgusting. I slept in my clothes and was afraid to shower. The room was both unclean and outdated. At 9am banging started and the manager informed me that renovations were happening and they were 'in the process' of adding that to the website. There was no notice of it in the lobby nor stated by the front desk personnel upon check in. I would strongly advise against staying hereEVER.
The rooms were very moist due to the humidity, toilet didn't work and the beds were not too clean. Stayed up all night and checked out and into a new hotel the next day. The Sheraton in North Beach and it was amazing.
