Love the view and the location is amazing. The costumer service was amazing and the rooms are really clean new and beautiful. Overall love it 10 out of 10. The manager gave us an insight into the history of the hotel and was really kind to give us what we needed.

While the price was great for the time of year, the service was mediocre at best. I was not able to get into a room until around 7pm after traveling all day. I probably won't stay here again in the future and do not recommend this place to travelers. Spend the extra money on a better hotel if you must stay on South Beach, or save your money and book somewhere else in the lovely city of Miami

Hotel looked very plain. Tile flooring was coming up. Air conditioning not adequate. Not enough plugs to charge devices. Hotel also puts a $200 hold on cards, plus hotel charges. There is also an additional hotel charge of about $18 added when you check out. The staff didn't speak English well and there was a bit of a language barrier. Would not recommend staying here. Be aware of using their valet parking, they may attempt to double charge.

Best stay in South Beach EVER! The location is steps from the beach, the staff is amazing and very courteous, fast and attentive! Mirlaine and Carmen were so friendly and helpful and made our stay extra special! Security was awesome and never had to worry if we were safe or not because the hotel is very secure! Every single staff member was very courteous and very very friendly!!!! We will be back and will be staying at this hotel FOR SURE! Thanks so much for everything!!!

We had the worst experience with this hotel. The online pictures are falsely advertised. Our rooms (3) were all canceled and the staff did not offer to help us sort anything out. Actually, all staff and managers walked around us sitting in the lobby without a second glance. The overall vibe was uncomfortable. Horrible customer service. The windows had tape on them and there was water from outside leaking under the door. There was also a noticeable smell walking into the hotel. I absolutely do not recommend. Sad that zero stars isn’t an option.

I really enjoyed my stay here the hotel staff was very nice my husband and I had to change rooms due to the TV not working, but that wasn't a problem. Right across the street from the beach an awesome place where you can sit outside the hotel and relax. Rooms very clean I love the fact that they had a mini fridge in the room. Will be visiting this hotel again😊😊😊.

I love south beach, this water and beach and area was awesome! The cost of food in this area is outrageous. This hotel was great! Very clean, the staff left us alone and the valet parking was nice, expensive but convenient. Great location, Great service, They held our money for two days after we left though which was a real burden since we were still on vacation for several days after this. Plan to pay accordingly.

We had a issue with deposit $200 credit or debt. $400 cash depoist but after seeing how some others left their rooms I came to an understanding why. People just trash the rooms and it's a shame. We had a beautiful stay location is perfect, quick walk to anywhere. Overall sound was fairly quite. Room was clean for the year built you can tell they keep in maintained. The elevator is super old and does work well. I probably won't stay there again because so many other locations but for price without taxes fees and deposit not to bad considered the prime location.

I am very upset with this hotel. Check in round 4 pm we step out on the town only to come back to the room and there are bugs crawling all over the lamp and the head of the bed as well as the pillows. Management tells us that it's coming from next door and can give us another room. That was not good enough for me, if it's in this room Whats to say that it's not in the next. On top of that It smelled throughout the hallways. He proceeds to say that I can leave if I want to leave. Not I can give you some of your money back, if not all. But this will not be the end of this. DO NOT STAY HERE AT THIS HOTEL

Always a pleasure to stay at this hotel, friendly accommodating staff, cable TV, great price, great valet service, and pastry filled breakfast options.
As with most US hotels the add on prices of taxes and deposits can be a little surprising if you are not used to them like I was.
If you are looking for a spot close to the South Beach, this is a great choice.response / report this review
