This is the 2nd tine I have stayed at the Beacon Hotel. Just like before the service is great. Rooms are very clean, and staff very friendly. If you can request the 2nd floor room next to the open outdoor seating area, definitely request it. The srating there is great. Perfect for relaxation at night before going to bed.

They told us the two for one special was per person after we got our drinks. It was shady sales tactics with bad service and on top of all that they forced a 20% service charge. There are nicer bars along the strip to visit

Very small and uncomfortable rooms with very small bathroom. Dirty bed linen. Very old building. Very poor Breakfast. Almost $200 a night for a nightmare. Just a horrible experience at Miami Beach. Trying to request my money back. Do not want to come back never again. I did send an email requesting my money back but there was no answers at all.

I must say, my wife surprised me with a trip to Miami with a stat at the beacon and it's been a blast. The staff are friendly and the room was pretty cool. I recommend it if you ever visit south beach miami.

Nice Hotel in Ocean dr. Very close to the Beach. Few things they need to improve: 1) Breakfast is free but could have few more items with the amount a customer is paying for a room per night. 2) Valet is expensive $25 per night with unlimited in and out. 3) There is no washer or dryer so if you go the beach and gets cloths wet the only luck you have it to dry it somehow. Staffs are great they will try their level best to accommodate your needs. Special thanks to Lilian as she was very welcoming and accommodated us with all our needs.

Only took advantage of the casual dining “The Place”. The happy hour menu appeared to be a great deal but they HIGHLY overpriced those giant margaritas. No prices are listed but spending $85 on four margaritas was insane. Those drinks are definitely a huge tourist trap. Our food was delicious and service was great, just be careful

Beware of the fishbowl melon ball super sized drink. We had the 2 special, and got so drunk before we finished the second one. Ruined our night and next day.

We booked and paid for three persons in total and as we arrived the hotel put us in a one bed room. After we compliant they gave us a ground floor room without window and very loud outside ventilation. The smell in a room was also not nice. Only the location of the hotel is really good but that's what we paid for so I can give only two stars maximum

We booked the deluxe double room for a 3 day stay. Very disappointing experience! Room had two 2 double beds as booked however they were very small. The bathroom had literally 1 square meter of moving space where you could hardly turn yourself around. We didn't use the shower as it was too small and the the sink was so small it was only good to wash your hands. The marner floor was not special and brought a lot of noise from people staying above you moving chairs etc.

If we need to say something positive - the hotel staff was very kind and services were good . For the rest a true disappointment!

Location was great. Room was quite small. Didn't love having a glass bathroom door. Free breakfast was great. Some room entrances are in a hot courtyard.

This hotel was okay, it was in a really busy area close to the beach , but for the price I could've stayed somewhere much nicer. Looks much nicer in pictures. Wouldn't stay here again.

I visited the Bar with friends while on the beach. It was very crowded with tourist like myself, so service was slower. However they managed it well. Drinks were good and cold. Great location.

Clean rooms, Nice beds and sheets. Small bathroom. Good location for couples and friends. Not very suitable for families. Don't expect a good breakfast. Nespresso in the room was a good surprise.

As soon as we booked are room they took all are bags up for us. Wonderful place to stay right on the beach. Very clean and fancy. . Restraint and Bar Big flat screen TV. I would definitely recommend.
