Smart boutique hotel. Rooms on the small side, but hey you're on the strip on Miami Beach! Loads of bars, restaurants & shops close by.

We stayed here for my finances birthday two years ago.We're not rich by any means so this was way big a spend. I was nervous, and vallet parking was 40 so I was like f it were rich tonight lol. the room was not available with the bathtub that I paid for which was why I picked the place so I was bummed but then they gave us an upgrade to seaside view with the tub. so beautiful! amazing room. the staff from the moment we came in were so genuinely kind and happy. I wrote a real letter thanking the hotel but a yelp review is def due.

Stayed at the Park Central couple o' years ago: had a great time there! Friendly staff, good food and ambiance, live music and the beach just across the street

Overall, I had a horrible experience at the Park Central. First of all, the entire hotel did not feel safe. I had to lock my door with a chair, the lights in the hallway were out of a horror film, and the walls were paper thin. Aside from the cleaning service, the staff was incredibly slow. Checking in and checking out took at least 30 minutes, respectively. It also took about 30 minutes to get our car from the valet, which was incredibly inconvenient. They also never answer their phone, which is infuriating for multiple reasons. I called them before my arrival to see if they had received my packages, and I was told to call back in two hours before someone "had time to deal with it". Now after my arrival I realized that I have been mistakenly charged hundreds of dollars, and they won't even answer their phone to assist me. The only good thing about this hotel was its location, but that could be easily replicated by booking another hotel along South Beach. Overall, I would highly highly discourage others from staying at this hotel.

definitely don't recommend staying here. they double charged my card and took about a month to give me back my money. other hotels are much nicer in the surrounding area on ocean drive for the same price. my friend and i got into it with the front desk staff and the entire trip they felt the need to be sarcastic and rude the whole rest of our time being there.
the water drains in the shower were clogged and breakfast is like 10 dollars. cheapresponse / report this review
