Clean nice big toom.amenities great. who was there on Christmas Eve in the restaurant was open and lounge the help was super friendly and helpful

Quiet hotel with a friendly staff and clean rooms. Internet works great, good channel options. Breakfast buffet style was better than most.

Great place to stay for a couple nights. While it's close to the airport, we didn't hear a plane from the time we went to sleep to the time we woke up. The room was very clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The parking gate was a bit confusing and when we did figure it out the card readers didn't work. While it is an older hotel you can tell they are keeping it up to date with some newer commodities. It was nearly impossible to slam the door with the way it's setup. But someone managed to do it quite a bit one night. Also one morning we were woken up by the alarm clock at 6:00AM which we did not set. It would be nice if housekeeping checked that before check-in since I would never think to check to see if someone set it before us.

My husband and myself stayed at your hotel during hurricane Irma. The staff and front desk were wonderful during this terrible time. The hotel was clean and the restaurant delicious. They made us feel safe and secure and very accommodating. Thanks to Gloria she is the best. We were only suppose to stay 3 days turned into 7 days. They extended our stay and helped us get thru a crazy week. Thank you soo much

Had a quick overnight here, and was satisfied overall. The wifi was quick, room comfortable and clean, and the front desk staff was good. The lobby restaurant, though slow, serves up decent food. There are a couple of tasty restaurants within walking distance as well. Overall I'd say this is a pretty solid representation of a typical Crowne.

I always appreciate extra toiletries and this hotel gives out a relaxing spray with a lotion and leg-energizing balm. The bed was very confortable and the room was clean. There was no mini fridge in the room, but the ice buckets are large. There was fresh fruit water in the lobby.

Hotel is nice however contacted them twice in regards to shipping 2 boxes for wedding supplies. I was told that it's not a problem and was instructed to put specific information on the shipping labels. It was only when we arrived that we were told there was a $15 fee per packages. This should have been stated up front when we asked about it.

Ladies at the front desk were very helpful and polite. Food at the restaurant was good of a bit expensive. The room was very nice. Bed was very soft and comfy. The bathroom was clean. The toiletries such as the soap were very nice and smelled great.

Feels upscale. Serve breakfast but you have to pay. Restaurant s and convenience store within walking distance across street. 15 dollars a day to park there. Heavy traffic.

The staff was really friendly and attentive. Everything was neat and orderly and the lobby had a very nice aroma. The conference rooms are spacious and nicely furnished.

Stayed in room 519. It was last minute and it we called ahead and got a cheaper price. They have parking for 15 dollars a night and it's about a 30 minute drive from Miami Beach so pretty good. Room was definitely nicer than we expected and we enjoyed the AC. Wish they had a refrigerator and maybe a laundry room as it wasn't available due to memorial day or some weird reason.

Optimal location for travelers. Rooms were clean and sound proof. This is important because it's close to the airport. Small but adequate fitness center. Relaxing atmosphere near the pool. Overall decor could use some renovations. There is a 15$ charge for parking overnight. Service could have been better, especially the front desk employee.

Comfy room. Nice & quiet despite being right beneath final approach to one of the runways so soundproofing must be good. Complimentary shuttle bus for airport connections was very handy & prompt. I'd definitely return here if needing another overnight.
