Austin Christians responded to my online inquiry about a Santa Fe without any pressure. When I was ready to check it out, he greeted me at the door and set me up to test drive a couple of different styles. Then he helped me get a great deal on a fantastic Santa Fe Sport! Thank you, Austin, for setting me up in it. This is my 5th vehicle from Carmack, and I appreciate the great service Austin provided!

So I traded in my Challenger and bought a 2017 Honda Accord Sport. Well I'm not happy!!!! I'm am SUPER HAPPY with my new car. Austin Christians treated me great and so did Carmack! So if your looking for good customer service go to Carmack and ask for Austin!!

I just purchased a new 2017 Honda Civic Touring coupe. My salesman was Bill Lucas. He was great to work with. He located my color choice from another dealership, had the accessories I purchased installed, and I took delivery within a week. In addition to Bill, the sales manager and finance officer were also great to work with. I highly recommend this dealership!

I had a wonderful experience with Derek Sanders and the entire Carmack staff when I purchased my 2016 Honda CR-V. Derek got me the exact model with all of the amenities in a matter of days. Sale process was a breeze and I received fair money for my trade. I will definitely seek Derek out the next time I'm in the market for a vehicle.

Bill Lucas was great to work with! He was very kind and easy to talk to. Everyone I met in between was also very kind and always smiling. Everyone congratulated me on my purchase, even if they didn't help me out. Thank you so much for the awesome car and amazing experience. I highly recommend Carmack Car Capitol!!!

I was about to settle with my local dealership a couple days ago but Carmack beat that price, so I paid them a visit today. I was ready to seal the deal with their final offer but apparently they made a "mistake" with the pricing and the upper manager tells me I can't get the deal. Trust me when I say this, these guys will lie to you so don't trust the numbers on the proposal or quote. They will try to force the deal on you at the end and give you attitude but don't budge and walk out. Make sure you document all the proposals that they give you so you can use it against them, but do yourself a favor and don't even bother consider this dealership.

If I could give this dealership zero stars I would. I was not satisfied with my experience at ALL! Please do not consider buying a car with this company. I'm a family guy and was expecting to get an honest deal. My wife and I were about to sign on the dotted line, but ran our numbers first, and found out that they hiked our price up a $1,000 and didn't think we would notice it. We brought this to the attention of the General Manager. He was was very dismissive, unprofessional, and cavalier about our complaint. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I intend on writing an article for the paper to educate and inform people of their unethical business practices in "ripping" their customers off.
