Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Beds were ancient, squeaky and uncomfortable.

We booked a 7 night stay, and upon check-in (after a 13 hour drive) we were informed that we would need to pack up and check out on our 6th day, and check back in and unpack into a different room for our last day.

Why? Because someone else needed the room, and apparently they were more important.

We left and went to Super8.

This is a small inn, 2 floors. The place is very clean. The bathroom is very nice and has the thickest bathroom towels I have ever had. Not even the higher end hotels have towels this thick. The water in the shower is nice and hot.
There is a microwave and small fridge in the room. The hotel does offer wifi but it's not a secure wifi. They do offer a continental breakfast but when I arrived Don suggested a diner for dinner. That diner Tops also served breakfast so I traveled about a mile from the Inn for a nice hot breakfast. I must thank Don for suggesting this place. The only issue I had was getting into the parking lot and out of it. Depending on how you arrive if you make a right, there is a side street with traffic. If they don't yield as the sign says your car will get hit as you make a right into the driveway. Same, going out. If you're making a left, watch it. It's a busy street. Other than that it's a perfect place to stay. If you're looking for amenities like the Marriot or Double tree this is not the place for you but if you want a decent place to sleep with friendly caring personnel, this is the place for you.

Water from shower and sink is terrible. You can't rinse, soap stays in your body. This is a main thing for me . Even using water w/o soap and dry w towel these also have something that it doesn't make you feel slimmy (?). Everything else was very good. Nice comp bkfast though

Nice place to stay for the night. Cable TV, a little fuzzy. Broken ice machine. Room was clean but furniture showed some wear. No real complaints.

Beautiful room close to our exit which was very convenient. Bed was a little soft for us but everything was very clean and quiet. Staff was courteous and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome hotel and customer service! Great room and overall quality, got some of the best sleep I've ever had while traveling. They also provided me complimentary access to a fitness center down the road. 10/10 would recommend.

The staff at the Belvedere was very helpful and incredibly kind. A man named Darnell was working the front desk and he was very courteous and professional. He was very quick with checking us in and gave us suggestions for where to eat since we did not know the area. The beds were a bit on the softer side for my liking but the rooms were very quiet and easy to sleep in. Breakfast the next morning was also quite good, though perhaps a little basic. I could see myself staying there again in the future.
