I attended a training conference here this past weekend. I must say the hotels accommodations were excellent. The room was extremely clean and tidy. The staff members were friendly and very helpful. The bar had a large selection. I have no complaints!

Great facilities. Have stayed in the Marriott as a guest in the past and always found the staff to be very helpful and professional. Would highly recommend for both events and staying overnight!

The rooms were too dated, now they seemed to be renovated. Last time when I stayed water leaked through the walls for the bath above my room. It was so disgusting, when reported somebody started to look, but I checked out immediately. Most of the rooms have no mini refrigerator, if you need you got to ask that I felt ridiculous. Sometimes they offer to keep the items in the lobby. The concierge lounge is small sometimes fully packed.

The hotel was nice but we had no fridge while others in our block did. No wifi. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was very nice. The hotel itself was kind of like a maze, a lot of twists and turns to navigate.

This hotel should be upgraded to a 4 star. Everyone was very professional. We felt like we were staying at the Four Seasons. The room was gorgeous. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service. Clean rooms and facilities. Great bar. The kitchen prepares great meals. The waiting staff is great.

Went for a nurses conference. Great accommodations, rooms were super clean and the beds are very comfortable. Meals that were provide for the conference were excellent. Many local restaurants near by, which the hotel will provide a shuttle to and from.

Hotel is very run down. The rooms on the ground floor have small bugs on the floor and the rugs are old. The TVs are out dated as well. The door leading out to the patio are 50 years old. The lounge is outdated and chairs are dirty and I just received a cell from my coworker who's staying on the 3rd floor who said his neighbor had bedbugs and had bites all over her. My coworker called the front desk to tell them about it and all they said was would you like us to change your room. No . well come and do an inspection or Anything. I will never stay here again.

The hotel was located in Albany. Our group attended a conference held in one of the several conference rooms. It was large enough to accommodate all of the attendees, well lit and generally accessible. A little difficult getting around others at the lines of tables. Lunch was served, but less interesting than I anticipated. The coffee and snacks were good.

I've stayed here a few times. I've had really clean rooms and not so clean rooms. The front desk people are SUPER nice though. Breakfast is always really good as far as hotel breakfasts go. Eggs sausage, toast, bagels, english muffins, fresh fruit, cereals, OJ, Apple juice. No waffles though.

Staff are very nice. Could be cleaner but this is much cleaner than many hotels I've stayed at. Dinner choices at The Market are underwhelming.

It's getting a bit dated. A full remodel is in order. But nonetheless it's still a decent Marriott. Conveniently located near fast food and sit down restaurants.

Overall, very nice hotel. It is on the older side but they are currently working on updating and renovating the rooms and areas of the hotel. All staff was very friendly and helpful, and the common areas & amenities were very nice. It is also close to so many restaurants and shopping which was a plus.
