Older but well maintained all-suite hotel. Rooms are spacious and they have a full kitchen with oven and DW in every room. Laundry machines are free. Just bring your soap and dryer sheets. Good rates most days. Very close to UAlbany.

Staff has been helpful. The rooms are dated and not cleaned well but the price for a long term stay were very reasonable. Just be sure to get your own cleaning supplies.

Staying here for my second time. The price is right, and rooms are quite comfortable. Kitchen is reasonably clean for an extended stay type lodging, which is possibly most sensitive point of judgment for many. Very trendy layout for breakfast. Only issues I have are that the entrance is really easy to pass, and the service is inconsistent. For example, last time I stayed, breakfast was quite good. This time, it was lacking yogurt and fruit, and the associate cleaning the waffle station wiped the mess onto the floor and left it; maybe cleaning the floor wasnt her responsibility? Regardless coffee was great and I would return, but don't expect a seamless operation if it's your first stay.

Decent hotel at a fair price. The pool is tiny. Rooms are good size the furniture needs upgrading. Beds are a little lumpy, but firm so not bad. Breakfast is pretty typical coffee is good.

I really enjoyed staying at CrestHill. The room was amazing. The king bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby. Also the kitchenette was sheer perfection. It came stocked with a few pots and pans, a colander, a serving/cooking spoon, some glass mixing bowls and a fully functional stove with an oven. The fridge in the room even had a built in ice maker! The staff were so helpful and friendly. The amenities offered were great and the continental breakfast was delicious!

Loved the kitchen in the room. It was quiet yet welcoming. We had a great time relaxing. Close to everything you could possibly need. Pool could use some attention but other than that top notch. Enormous beds that are super comfy. There was a walk in closet in the bathroom that was rather impressive. I especially liked the center electrical plugs to pljg my laptop and speaker into. Was also nice to have good selection of cable including premium channels.

When we came in, it was one of the most simple check-ins ever. It took less than a minute for us to get our key and head to our room. For the price we got it was much larger than expected. We didn't explore much as we were tired from our long ride and went straight to sleep. We both woke up feeling as if we were in our own homes. The beds were so comfortable and made the experience so much better. One of the things that gave us a good laugh would be the shower head which spins. It's a nice gimmick but it does nothing to make the shower any better. We arrived for the breakfast at 9 only to find the food tasting old and the bread being stale. While it was not the best breakfast, it was probably one of the best nights I have ever spent at a hotel.

A nice, affordable place to stay. Not fancy by any means, but clean and comfortable. Our suite had a full kitchen, and was well equipped.

Very nice overnight here. The lobby attendant was friendly and the check in process was very quick. Our room was a nice efficiency and very warm. Did not partake in the breakfast but it seemed well stocked and varied. Would stay here again.

An excellent place with reasonable prices considering the incredible accommodations. Went about 4 times for a work conference. Free dinner and breakfast included, rooms are always clean, sometimes free happy hour!
