A union not so grand. Management is hard to reach and unaccountable for the establishment. Double booked our suite and we're driving home to Syracuse at midnight. Thanks guys I really wanted to go to levels.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My son and I were recently in town for a weekend AAU basketball tournament. The room was very clean, comfortable, well-decorated, and very affordable. The staff was very helpful and kind. They did a fantastic job properly renovating an older driveup-style motel ! If I ever find myself in the Saratoga Springs area again, this will be the place to stay !

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I personally would never even step into this hotel. The staff there, including the owner, are extremely rude, immature, and unprofessional. I had a really bad experience over the phone with them where I never got upset or raised my voice. I simply asked them to not be so rude when explaining things to me (a PAYING customer). They ultimately hung up on me when I did nothing wrong. Now they will not honor my reservation even though I have a confirmation number and nothing written saying my room was cancelled. I have filed a complaint with the BBB as the management at this hotel is just completely rude, and inconsiderate. I have no idea how a business operates this way and would assume they will be closing their doors or under new management in the near future. Customer Service at its WORST!

Wonderful place for vacation. Really enjoyed the springs and the location of the motel was great. Expecting to visit there again before Christmas.
