Pleasantly surprised! The two bedroom suites were so nice. Great location, staff was very easy to work with. Will definitely plan another trip for outlet shopping or a get away.

The room we were in was very nice and clean. The coach folds out, which is a huge bonus for a family of 4! The continental breakfast was decent and the staff was very friendly. The only problems I've had were that there wasn't a safe or an elevator. Other than that, it was a pleasent experience.

We have been staying at the Clarion Hotel every summer for the past 6 years. This summer was our last. The room wasn't clean'' dust and dirty carpet'' and the washroom ceiling fan was full of dust, very unpleasant to look at.
The day we checked in I came upon two big ants , one in the washroom and the other in front of the couch. I mentioned it to the front desk and they apologized! The next day I killed a couple more. Today I killed 15 ants and two were crawling on my feet ( between 8:30pm and 10:00pm) . Once again an apology! The breakfast is included but not that great.
Not the same as all the other years! All has changed.
Not the same customer service !
We decided to stay a 4th night this year and the last night I just couldn't wait to leave!

This is our third time here for AMERICADE and we will be back for a fourth. The rooms are a good size and always clean. The staff is fantastic! Very accommodating, friendly and motorcycle friendly too. In the lobby they have rags for cleaning your bike as well as boards for your kickstands. Breakfast is included and is a FULL meal. None of this dry bagels and coffee sitting on a counter pretending to be breakfast. At Clarion the breakfast is eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles, fresh fruit, bagels, yogurt, toast, various juices, coffee and cereal! I love staying here!!

We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel is located directly next to some of the outlets and the hotel clerk gave us a booklet of coupons to use locally. The room was updated and clean. The bed was very comfy. They had an indoor heated pool, but we arrived too late to use it. The breakfast was a good continental breakfast: scrambled eggs, sausage, pastries, fruit, yogurt, cereal, waffles, etc. We would definitely stay there again!

Rooms were clean and WiFi speed was excellent with strong signal. There are two floors with no elevators. Towels were clean and didn't smell like chlorine as they often do. Staff was friendly. The vending machines are a bit pricey so it's best to bring some drinking water if you want to save a little. Check-in time is 3PM and check-out is at 11 AM. I would prefer to stay here again if I'm in the area.
