Perfect in every way. Enjoyed Saratoga for Xmas shopping and stayed at the Saratoga Arms in Garden Level King room with fireplace and jacuzzi.

Perfect location to stroll the town for shopping and dining. Day spa literally right next door though we did not partake.

Room exceeded our expectations and was just perfect. I opted to add the romance package which included a dozen roses, chocolates, and bottle of champagne. The perfect touch for a perfect stay.

Breakfast was also fabulous.

This will be the new annual trip!

Stayed in the King sweet room 101. Floor is a little cold, but the fireplace helped warm it up. may want to consider a wooden floor or bamboo, tile is cold.
The bath tub was a little confusing to use, could use a better instructional method.

The breakfast in the morning was excellent and your staff was very pleasant and accommodating.

Booked the Saratoga based on past reviews , location and history. We found our stay to be second to none beginning with our first time walking through the door. The staff was friendly and personable. The accommodations we compared to a first class hotel with a Bed and Breakfast feel. Having a background in Health and Safety along with Public Health Regulations I was pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities. We had a chance to speak with the owner during our visit and found her to be friendly and informative. Overall our stay showed the great effort the owner and staff put into the Saratoga.

Centrally located, able to walk to restaurants and shops. Rooms are very spacious, clean and quiet. Loved the quaintness of this hotel. It's a cross between a bed and breakfast and a hotel. Very satisfied and will definitely stay her again! Breakfast was delicious too!

Our host, Kathleen, was very warm and welcoming. Her staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel is centrally located within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Our room was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. One might be tempted to sleep in but I suggest not doing so, as you will miss a fabulous breakfast. I would recommend The Saratoga Arms to any traveler visiting this area.

Very impressed from the moment we opened the car door. The front desk staff were so professional and we're so very helpful and courteous. We were impressed with the way the proprietor interacted and assisted with the staff. We very much enjoyed our stay.
The only thing I would change/fix would be the air regulator in our room.

Lovely staff, beautiful surroundings, very comfy bed.
Delicious breakfast, and a very thoughtful guest snack area.
I've traveled the world and was never offered access to a goodies room like that 👍🏻 Dark chocolate please.
Just need better treadmills, very outdated. Sorry but you did ask😊
Room 206, we enjoyed our stay very much, see you next time.

The folks at Saratoga Arms really have it figured out. The hotel itself is elegant and comfortable. The room was gorgeous. The staff very accommodating. And the food was superb. Breakfast was top notch. Didn't expect freshly-squeezed OJ in upstate NY! Wine on the front porch in the early evening was delightful. We also love that this is a family-run business. We will be back!

My husband and I just stayed at Saratoga Arms for the first time to treat ourselves to a nice weekend. We truly enjoyed our stayvery friendly and helpful staff. Everything is done very tastefully with a lot of attention to detail and super clean and comfortable room. We love the location to everything downtown as well as race track and winery. We definitely want to return next summer!

We've stayed at The Saratoga Arms a few times and it is always excellent. The hospitality and attention to detail is noted and very much appreciated. It's like staying with relatives who really care about your comfort.
The breakfast is delicious and served with pride, there's a room full of packaged snacks, cold drinks, coffee/tea, and fruit available 24-7 and you are free to take as much as you like
I know that my husband would love an espresso at breakfast, but apart from that our stay was perfect, thank you.

Your entire staff was amazing. Our family of three was very comfortable in the two queen room. We loved all the thoughtful extras, robes, makeup towels, coffee and the 24/7 snacks. Breakfast was wonderful; and the morning staff was wonderful too. We can't wait to return for 2017 and 2018!

My husband and I made a quick visit to celebrate a significant birthday at the Saratoga Arms. We had a fireplace room in the historic part of the building with a view of Broadway. The room had every convenience you might expect with an added invitation to visit their downstairs guest kitchen for complimentary beverages. The chandelier in the bedroom was exquisite. Wine was served in the elegant parlor in the late afternoon, although we were not willing to give up our private fireplace in the lovely room. Breakfast in the Grant dining room exceeded our expectations and has us searching for a recipe for lemon ricotta hotcakes. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. Judy's restaurant recommendations were spot on. This will not be our last visit. The Saratoga Arms will be a favorite weekend getaway for us.

I have stayed at many smaller properties before and found the atmosphere was nice but service was somewhat lacking. You can't say that about the Saratoga Arms. The staff was friendly, the service was spectacular and pretty much anything we needed was attended to in a prompt manner.

I very much enjoyed the stay and although I love the way the big boys fawn over me with my status, I would not frown if our next visit was back at the Saratoga (that's a compliment).

We only live 20 minutes away. We were looking for an overnight that we didn't have to drive far and could walk to restaurants and entertainment. We had a wonderful dinner at Sperrys. The Inn was very comfortable and extremely clean. The breakfast that was included in the stay was more than we expected and delicious. Would love to make this an annual event.

A magnificently restored 1870s hotel reminiscent of a jewel box French chateau. Our junior suite was spacious and well-appointed. Owner and staff uniformly friendly. Sumptuous breakfast in elegant Old World common room. Situated in the heart of Saratoga Springs, but would be well worth the drive if it were not. A great bargain off-season. Can't think of anything in need of improving!
