The hotel itself was nice and provided every accommodation. Everything was will organized and clean. The staff was nice and friendly. They were willing to help with anything you needed. The location is nice if you have business with the medical center or the area around it. There is a McDonald's and Walgreen's right next to the hotel.

This property is much nicer than the one next to UAlbany. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great place to stay if your in the area.

Clean hotel, and courteous staff. Will allow me to come get towels early in the morning when other hotels say that there's no one available and I have to wait one or two hours for towels

Friendly staff. Fruit water and coffee/tea always available in lobby. Highly recommend local Mexican restaurant El Loco for dinner (on Lark St - a few blocks away)

Came late at night. Guy looked he had been sleeping. No mention of hotel status and thank you, no mention of breakfast times or Wi-Fi. Basically he didn't talk. The rooms have an awful smell of carpet powder cleaner. The perfume makes you choke and feel you can't breathe. It's too much. Had to open the window. Bed is decent. Rooms are spacious. No safe.

Service was great, room was great. Stayed here multiple times, and have never had a bad experience here. All amenities, which include a fitness room and a pool/hot tub are in great condition.

We we're immwdietly greeted at the front desk, and met with smiling faces, the employees were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us plan our evening in the city and seemed genuinely happy to assist us.

Very clean facilities with ample space and friendly staff. The rooms could benefit from a bit more character and finery but the space you get for the price is incomparable. We had a two bedroom suite with a full kitchen and a working area. They also serve breakfast and have a small pool and fitness room. Close to the medical center.

I very much enjoyed my brief stay at the TownePlace Suites. The staff was friendly, helpful and answered any questions I had. They were replacing carpet in front of the rooms during my stay but ensured that I was not bothered by the renovations. My room was clean and the kitchenette was well stocked if I wanted to cook my own food. The free breakfast provided by the hotel was well stocked and tasted fine. If I ever need to go back to Albany I'll keep the TownePlace Suites in mind.
