Free internet speed is super fast.
Good location to the I-90 & I-87 (Thruway).Very reasonably priced. Close enough to Albany and plenty of shopping nearby. Close to the highway

Phone in room was broken they refused to fix it. Bathroom light broken they refused to fix it. No bathroom locks in room or public bathroom. Main doors to building locks broken. All exercise equipment broken. Jets in spa broken. Pool temperature was 42 degrees. Even though when I called before hand they said it was heated. Pool room temperature was set at 60. More then 13 blown lights in pool room. Pool hrs posted as 9a-9p they refused to let anybody in till 5p then kicked us out by 8:15p. Staff rude and very unfriendly. This was supposed to be a surprise for my daughters 10th Birthday a last minute plan because the snow storm ruined our original plans. Wasn't looking for much other then the pool. The entire experience was terrible. Don't waste your money!!!

Decent at best. I've always been in the tall interior building that's the "upscale" rooms which are clean & comfy. The rooms to the exterior building are motel rooms with the bare minimum meaning very cheap bed furniture paint etc. You get what you pay for and the staff are nice or rude equally upon each other. The more you pay for your room the more pleasurable your stay Unfortunately. Also, the indoor pool and jacuzzi are questionable to go in, the breakfast is decent depending on staff but small area, and there will be crackheads drunks and partiers hanging out by the exterior rooms so highly suggest stay to your own space. Otherwise it's a decent place to crash so long as you have an Interior room. Good luck otherwise

Our rooms were comfy and clean. The beds comfy as well. We stayed in 112 the one night, checked out and had to rent a room again so stayed in 110 second night. Had no problems with either room and we were quite comfortable. Would have five star'd but the washer and dryer were unusable in the vending room. The washer was full of mucky old water. Our rooms though were great. Look forward to staying again.

I am astonished at how horrible this place is. I've stayed at Days Inns in the past, but this was single-handedly the worst experience I've ever had with a "hotel." When I booked my room, I was under the impression it was in the large enclosed building they'd advertised. But the front desk attendant told me that I was in the motel side and I'd have to pay $35 in cash to "upgrade." I'm sure she pocketed that. Upon walking into the building, the entire building reeked of pool chemicals. The pool and laundry room were both out of order and smelled like they were rotting. The fire exit was behind fire doors that automatically close, but the handle to the exit was broken off and the door wouldn't open; meaning that if there was a fire, you would be TRAPPED inside. The room was in even worse disrepair. The lights were broken, the mirror was damaged, the electrical sockets were all cracked, the locks on the front and bathroom door were broken and missing, there were globs of mystery hair in the tub and sink, the phone line was cut so you couldn't call the front desk, and the entire room and building reeked of mold. I have asthma and tried to make it work, but my throat began to close within a couple hours. I couldn't stay the night. When I went to tell the front desk and get out of there, the woman at the front desk feigned shock, even though there were other people in the lobby complaining about the same things. This place isn't just bad, it's dangerous. It is unlivable and should be condemned. They need to be reported to the health department and fire marshal before someone gets seriously hurt.

I honestly can't even rate this hotel. Huge spiders in the room, carpet was filthy. Had to stay here because no other places accepted cash NEVER AGAIN!!!! U really get with u pay for. There was plastic covering the smoke detector. Not safe at all. Glad we will only be here for a few hours of sleep. Would never recommend this place to anyone

Disgusting. Bahaha literally the only way I can describe this place. It was dirty, so filthy. It smelt like mold and mildew my sinuses and chest were burning the moment I walked in. There was potato bugs crawling in the bathroom, and piles of dirt as well. Never took my shoes off once. Oh, and the free breakfast never exsisted. Not that I would have wanted it anyways, it would probably be as nasty as the god damn room.

One of the worst hotels ive ever stayed. Hot water doesn't work, there were bed bugs and spiders, the curtains has rips in them. And the comforter had burns in it and was also very uncomfortable and stiff. The hot tub and pool they advertise doesn't look clean at all , almost a brown color. Would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

For the price I thought I was booking an interior hotel not an exterior motel. The walls are very thin and the group of children next to us were very loud all night and kept trying to come through the door that connectors our rooms. It sounded like people were moving furniture above us. There is a bar in the same parking lot so we could hear drunk people walking by all night long. The blanket had cigarette burn holes although this is supposed to be a non smoking room. The bed was incredibly firm and the pillows were flat so the stay as all around uncomfortable.

I would recommend this place to anybody coming with friends, family or for the business.

Lobby is nice decorated as well as the cafe where you can find a super good coffee .

Management was awesome , they really take care about you right away and help you with anything you need and it was my pleasure to stay here and live . I think this hotel is one of a kind hotel with larger size of the rooms large terrace , 2 walk in closets , bath and shower , Jacuzzi, I was impressed as well as my whole family . Price was decent for what we got .

We will come back . It was a real pleasure .
Room Tip: Great place to stay , choose rooms on higher floors they are more expensive but the experience is re

The days inn showed me the experienced I were looking for when arriving. The desk showed me the most patience I were looking for right before the weekend. I will think about coming back and saying thanks!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel reception area was nice and clean. The room and the bathroom was clean. I have been to this hotel 4 times and have no complaints. They were very accommodating when I needed to stay a little long past the check out time. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
