They had some of the rudest staff, and were very unorganised for the NC state football championship. I visited several high schools that handled games and band competitions that handled themselves a lot better than the staff at Wake Forest handled everything. Very disappointed with our treatment. Hope we never have to return.

Best college football venue in North Carolina! No bad seats. Superior food from either Deacon Tower restaurants or premium food trucks inside the fence along the walk ways.

It was an awesome experience even though Wake Forest University lost to Duke Blue Devils it was still awesome especially since I'm a Blue Devils fan. The crowd the facility the lights the cameras it was great

Fun times! Great memories coming here as a kid with my sister and parents and now with my boys, my sister, her kids, and my parents to cheer on the Deacs. Enjoying fun times with amazing people!❤🏈🏈

If I could leave this no stars or even negative stars, I'd do it. The first part of my review does not necessarily have anything to do with BB&T Field, but it does preface my experience, so just bare with me, as this was today.
My mother received 4 free tickets from a colleague at her workplace and the ticket included a buffet at the red lot. Great food, I gotta admit, but we sat our stuff at 4 seats so we could get food and two people decide it would be a great idea to attempt to take them, even though our stuff is in the seats alreadythankfully, they did not follow through.
Here's where this place starts towell, come into place.I grabbed a bottle of Coca-Cola to drink on my way to get into the stadium. As I got to gate 4, I did not finish it and one security guard called me out on it and told me throw it out (no big deal, honestly).what made me mad, however, was that another person in my group of 4 had a tub full of popcorn and he got let in perfectly fine. It's not the outside drink/food policy that irritates me, but a piece of advice - if you're going to call one person out for having something along that line, do so to EVERYONE that has something along that line. I know you can't necessarily catch everyone, but don't be an a-hole and call out a half-empty Coke bottle when there's a tub chock full of popcorn right in front of your eyes. As if that was not enough, the woman scanning the tickets was friendly to everyone in front of me, giving them warm smiles and wishing them to enjoy the gameall I got was a "f*&% you/f*&% off" stare. The game begins and it's great. I have to go to the bathroom and get concessions afterwards. People are being a-holes in the bathroom and taking up stalls and missing everything entirely (need I say anything else?), so I find another bathroom and then I go to get chips and a souvenir drink (which, by the way, should NOT be $11 total, in my opinion).the line is incredibly long, as I expected, but the staff are so slow and, as I find out later and witness for myself, are giving the food that is supposed to go to the customer in front of me to other people in other lines (mind you only 3 of maybe 6 or 7 were open, even though one opened way later than it probably should have).this all takes about 20 minutes, which is bonafide ridiculous. To add insult to all these injuries, it is my understanding that smoking is NOT allowed inside the stadium, but there were a group of men doing so and puffing it towards my group and others surrounding, then they proceed to do the same thing about 20 plus rows downward from where I sat (which was row JJJ @ sec. 16).
Needless to say, staff may need a reality check and chances are unless I am somehow forced to come back, don't ever expect me to.response / report this review -

Attended the Guns 'n Roses Not in this Lifetime Tour at BB&T Field. Good venue for big time concert. No frills stadium, with limited bathrooms. They brought in porta-johns to augment. I sat on the sloped grassy area and there was good sight lines, though the slope could be taken down a few degrees without compromising the view. Before the show, parking was a traffic jam nightmare but getting out was fine.

We came here to see Guns N' Roses on August 11th 2017. This concert was a reward I gave to myself for having the courage and strength to walk away from an abusive relationship with a cheating narcissistic sociopath. The show was absolutely amazing. We found the venue to be quite enjoyable and well laid out. The event staffing handled the crowd of 36,000 attendees as well as could be expected. The security check in was quick and unobtrusive. As to be expected the concessions were expensive and the lines were long. The stadium itself is quite enjoyable and well designed. The only minor issues we had was the $20 parking fee and the extremely and intentionally slow lines for alcoholic beverages.

Went to the Guns N' Roses show in 8/17, not a good experience. There were no parking sings, huge and slow car lines with nobody knowing where to go for parking. Parking was $20 cash only, no simple portable credit card machine, making lots of cars having to turn around slowing everything down even more. There were too many people for the size of the venue, not enough space for everybody, most of the time you could barely move around no matter where you were. Not enough concession stands to serve everybody, the lines were about 40 minutes long, the lines themselves were really long and the staff was very slow, they looked disorganized and took their time serving and pouring drinks (they slowly poured each beer can into a plastic cup for some reason even though they served other drinks in aluminum cans). Concession choices were pretty limited too, no energy drinks except for kickstart, although they did have several food trucks which was nice. Their own official concession stand refused to give me a receipt when asked for it. The seating signs were horrible. We had field seats, to get to them from the top you have to go into particular entrances which lead to stairs down to the field, many other entrances did not lead to the field, so the entrances had signs indicating which ones could be taken down to the field, we went to one that said "go here for field entrance", when we made it all the way down it was a dead end, with huge crowds this actually resulted in a lot of time wasted and made us miss the opening, when we pointed out the wrong sign to one of the staff they did not seem to care. The seats on the field had row numbers hand written on very small papers hanging on small chains and usually turned the the other way so you couldn't see what the row was. Each seat itself then also had a sticker with hand written number on it but the majority of them were erased and ripped off.

Saw Guns N Roses at BB&T. The staff are friendly and it was easy to find your seat. Many restrooms and reasonably priced concessions are available. Parking cost $20 and the roads get jammed with traffic from everyone trying to leave at once. There's a lot of parking available, and the sound, lights, and pyrotechnics created a great show!

Great stadium. Not too big. One of the only college stadiums with beer. The deacs were welcoming even though we were visiting.

This is a decent place to watch a game. It is small and nice, but so are other stadiums at smaller schools. Seriously, living in Texas I watched games at high school stadiums which were nicer, cleaner, and had a better atmosphere. Parking was not that great either. The crowd was not too into watching the Deacons get clobbered. So, I would avoid this one unless they are punishing ITT or someone like that. If watching a game with some wealthy folks is your thing, this may be for you. Otherwise, it is no more than a MAC or Ohio Valley conference stadium masquerading in the ACC. A poor experience.

Probably the nicest and best small college football stadium. The atmosphere is great and the demon deacon riding in on the motorcycle is one of the greatest entrances to a home team out there. While the crowds are always small for most games even the games close to a sell out don't leave you feeling cramped. Traffic flow to and from the the games is moderate and unless there is a fender bender or breakdown one of the fastest post game exits. Ticket prices are very reasonable and the season ticket price is usually the best option if you plan on going to more than one game. The food options are very basic and usually over priced for what you are getting. I have never had a problem with any options I've tried. I would still recommend eating before you go or taking advantage of the ability to leave the stadium and reenter after the first quarter.
