Hanes Mall is a beautiful mall with plenty of stores that vary in things to offer. Pretty much something for everyone. Also a brilliant food court with a variety of options!
We took my granddaughter to Build A Bear. The employees were very attentive. They showed us options and let us know how we could save some money in the process. You stuff your bear, you dress your bear, you name your bear and you get a birth certificate for your bear. It was a good visit.
I live about 30 minutes from Hanes Mall and it has always been a very nice center with most of your popular stores along with many specialty and upscale stores. There have been several malls within an hour of one another that are no longer in operation. It is easy to see that the Owners & Management Property takes pride in making sure that Hanes Mall will still be there the next 50 years.
Need better parking system. Very difficult to find a place to park when you're in a larger SUV or Pickup truck. Inside the facility is nice but I've never seen so many shoe stores. Wish they had some higher end men's clothing stores. Not all of us wear blue jeans to work or church on Sunday. I'm not a snob. But I'm tall it's hard to find clothes for someone 6'3". I have to use Joseph A Banks or Men's Warehouse. Belks and the other stores have big and tall but a very small selection and they seem to be more on the big side. I wear size 50 coats but I run between size 36 or 38 waist and that not available in Belks.
Love this place i always enjoy my time. I will come back many more times in the future love to get me some food here. Lots of parking and handicap accessible. It was pretty clean too i liked that part alot. Hate dirty malls.
Lord I hate the mall! Any mall! Full of condescending people who think you don't have the right to breath the same air as them. Makes for a unpleasant outing. Now the young lady working in Build a Bear was a bright spot; sweet and helpful.
Love this place! It's a lot of walking but it's Jan packed with quality stores! You can pretty much find b anything you need here! They could use a Target in our around the area, but otherwise it's pretty much a one stop shopping experience (unless you're looking for groceries!: -) ).
This mall is alright, if you are going there with a purpose it's great but the mall seems in the middle of an identity crisis, much like a lot of the malls nowadays. Seems like they are trying to cater to a "higher end" clientele, but also trying to not push out the lower end shops either. I'll tell you, if you enjoy "people watching" as much as I do, this place is your playground. Stop by Starbucks, grab an overpriced latte and just sit and watch. It's really amazing what you might see.
Nice urban mall, clean and tidy but starting to show its age. Good store selections including Sears, Old Navy and southern favorites like Belts. Good food court with many stores and restaurants surrounding the mall. Traffic here is terrible at times but the overall mall experience is positive.
LOVE this Mall so many great stores and plenty of variety. Kept clean and contemporary in style. Easy to find what you're looking for. Just wish the Mall directories had a You Are Here symbol. Food Court really lacks variety, a lot of the same or I would have given this Mall 5 stars. FYI for visitors: JC Penny's is in the center of the mall like a tunnel, you enter one side and the Mall continues on the other side of it. Take note of your entrance so you don't get confused.
It doesn't have quite the selection of stores that Four Seasons does, but it is still nice and a pretty good location! I am so glad Forever 21 and Rue 21 offer plus-size in store, which you can't find in many other malls. There are a good selection of restaurants close by as well.
Excellent stores. Tasty, easy and convenient food options. All indoor stores so weather isn't an issue and plenty of security to ensure a fun and safe shopping experience.
Best mall around. Clean open atmosphere for all ages. Best selection of brand name stores that carry what you may need.
I like this mall. It has options for all family members and budgets. There are activities scattered throughout, so the guys and kids are interested too. There is a great selection of restaurants in and surrounding the mall, so once in the area you don't have to drive far. It's always decorated nicely and usually clean. There is usually ample parking. The worst thing is due to it's popularity is it can be crowded and traffic is slow getting around the area.
New Victoria's Secret location is very nice. Bra fitting staff is courteous, professional, and compassionate. This was the first bra making experience, as a bilateral mastectomy survivor, which was not upsetting. Christina made me feel not only human, but feminine, again.
