Everyone was very kind and thoughtful. We were here visiting family in the hospital and the staff went above expectations to make us feel comfortable. Teresa was very accommodating at the front desk. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel has a nice bar/bistro area in the lobby and a small convenience store at the front desk. Overall, my recent stay at this hotel was better than expected!

Great location! The area is very safe, has easy access to the nearby highway, and is next to Hanes Mill. The rooms are clean and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. The place feels warm and welcoming. I'll always stay here when I'm in the area.

The staff was great and tried, but the room was not. This Courtyard needs an update badly and needs better cleaning services. The fixtures by the shower head and toilet were falling off so you could see the hole in the wall, the window wasn't sealed right and there were lady bugs on the floor. The couches had stains on them. I had to switch rooms, when I got in the shower, I saw someone else's hair on the shower wall. I went out and got disinfecting wipes because it just felt dirty. I pulled up the sheets and the mattress pad was so worn it had holes in it and there were strands of hair everywhere like it hadn't been changed and that was the 2nd room they gave me. Where the wipes were supposed to be at in the gym to wipe down the equipment, there was a bottle of antibacterial and an empty Kleenex box. It was not a pleasant few days, I left after the second day of not sleeping well and checked into another hotel near by.

A nice hotel. Reasonably clean, nice lobby and rooms. Breakfast was good. Stairwells a bit run down, otherwise fine and what you would expect from a courtyard.

The group services woman was amazing accommodating my group at the last minute with a very satisfying rate. The front desk man on Friday and Saturday night was welcoming and had ournrooms ready to go. I felt like I was valued. Breakfast was adequate.

We were using the conference room for a work event and they were very accommodating. The staff was very nice and helpful with whatever we needed.

Very nice staff, no free breakfast or hard line for laptop. Can't see tv from bed and a few broken items around hotel.

I disliked the fact that the water doesn't get really hot in shower nor the vanity, and also no microwaves in the rooms. It's 2017 and it's Courtyard so y'all should really step it up. The other thing was the balcony request. I requested a balcony and I was given the half way small balcony whereas I saw when I looked down that the person under me had a full balcony with chairs. I don't know if I was discriminated against or what but my balcony didn't have chairs and it was very small. I was very disappointed so I changed my stay to one night instead of two. Lastly the guy at the front desk who checked me in was very accommodating and professional although he stiffed me on my balcony room.

Had a connecting suite with my family for a wedding nearby. Pool was clean, gym was great, staff extremely friendly. Clean rooms large space had a loft suite. Could fit 6 people comfortably. Would defiantly recommend.

Very updated look I like the hallways the room is nice I wish they could get a better microwave though everything's very nice bathrooms nice I like the hair dryer bag I will be staying here again

Heater in room did not work for the first two nights, it was 19 degrees outside. Went to relax in the bath and Found several hairs. Does NOT offer contenitental breakfast and their 'Bistro' is way over priced.
Asked for plastic wear and was told to come down and get it.
Desk customer service was great, but don't expect them to move out from behind that front desk or accommodate guests at all! Get better service at cheaper hotels.
