Day after Christmas. By far the worst service I’ve seen. I can understand being slammed but not staffing during the holiday is just down horrible. Only 2 people working this register. Ok stick to Northpark amc.
Yeah cheap tickets which mean Its eventually going to close down. I mean its in a near abandoned mall but hey, enjoy while it lasts!
$4 movies tickets are a steal and everyone we talked to was happy to answer questions. It was different to walk through an abandoned mall, but they theater itself was very lively and clean. Take advantage of this theater while you can! It won’t be around much longer.
Need to bring them all back to life miss I used to come here. Even though brought my daughter here I could not believe it I'm saying what's going on. I remember when I used to look good in the 90'S. Me as a United state Veteran looking at this place.
Love It. The employees are always Freindly and Polite. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. The ticket prices are affordable. I love being able to take my daughter and not be over crowded with people. There is always availabe seating! Thank you AMC for keeping this location open
The employees at the snack counter are ridiculously slow and don't seem to want to be there. They usually have bad attitudes and are not pleasant at all. They stand around and talk when the line is 10 or 12 people deep instead of helping get people served. Not all of them, but most act like they don't wanna be at work.
We have been going to Valley View AMC movie theater for years. It is the last big entity still operating in a mall with limited access and no cooling. The movie theater seemed to still be able to provide a value in the midst of deconstruction. Last night in a packed house, half the theater had no A/C. The inside was over 90 degrees and you could not get a refund after you walked in. The management was informed and they pretended to go to the rooftop to adjust/fix the unit that was not working. It was the worst experience and destroyed the movie for us. This is a note to all that the movie theater will be shutdown soon and they are clearly not going to be putting new equipment when it will be torn down.
So you get a low price to get in, overcharged on foodies and boil to death in theater in these summer nights.Your choice.
Best kept theater secret in Dallas. Cheap tickets, clean bathrooms and theaters, ICE COLD A/C! Big screens with good sound. On par with most other AMC locations, but at a fraction of the price. I suspect prices will sky rocket once the new re-development project is completed or closer to its final stages. I suggest you take advantage while you can.
I just visited this AMC to see Wonder Woman. Although it's inside the mall, which is not in that great of shape, AMC itself IS! Not to mention the movie ticket prices are one of the best in the area in my opinion (less than $5 for new movies before 4pm) There were some technical issues that went on for quite some time in our theater but they were so nice and gave us passes to see the movie another day. I will definitely go back to this theater.
This theater is awesome! we went there because we were visiting the area. At first glanceit was scary because its inside a mall where there is not much left just some artist and self defense shops. Anyways, if you can get past that it was a good experience. The popcorn was a lot less than what was advertised (pleasantly surprised). The seats are not reclining like all the new theaters, but for the price and the food prices I would return here again when I return.
I have been coming here for a couple years and the quality has been declining. Waited 20 min in a 2 person line for a soda and popcorn. There were 5-6 employees one of which was just walking around and another in the corner texting on her phone. There were no lids for sodas and apparently that was why it was taking so long. Get to the theater and it smells of urinevery disappointed and while the tickets are inexpensive the experience is no longer there. Will be choosing a different theater moving forward.
Comfy seats, restrooms were gross, food/drinks were over priced, crowd was alright during movie, long lines for consessions, and tickets were cheap (generic yet expensive concessions kind of make up for it).
This AMC theater can't be beat. Classy and well-maintained theater at discount theater prices. Always have the best, most recent movies available. My go-to when looking for movies that just came out.
