  The room was clean. The breakfast was good. We had an issue with our bathroom sink but after calling the front desk, he sent somebody to resolve it right away Staff are friendly and courteous.

  Several disappointments. Had constant trouble with the WiFi. Found hair not mine multiple times in the bathroom. No towels in the workout room two of the three days. One day I was in my room apparently whrn they wanted to clean but no knock, no note, no ask of any kind if I wanted towels or not. TV remote for the main lobby room kept at the front desk.

  These guys are awesome all the way around. Would give more stars if possible. Everyone is nice and friendly make you feel very welcome and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel. Thanks guys for making us feel at home.

  The Hampton Inn and Suites is an outstanding hotel. The personnel is awesome and the service is great. I highly recommend it and when we come back it's the only place we will stay.

  Recently had a breif stop by Hampton Inn in Lewisville, TX. I didn't stay overnight, so I cannot tell you about the rooms themselves, but as far as the lobby and overall look/feel of the place, I was pretty surprised. Very clean, well lit parking and the main lobby almost appears as it was newly renovated. Overall, I would definitely recommend it to a friend or family if they needed a place to stay for a short period of time.

  This review is from our stay on March 31, 2017.
  Most of the staff at this motel is excellent. The young lady who checked us in is relatively new, but when we were there a couple of months prior she was working the front desk. I assumed she was in training then because she required help. She was still having problems when we checked in this stay and required assistance. We did not receive a receipt under our room door, when we left the next day, but I was not concerned because one is usually emailed to us. The receipt was never emailed until I called and asked for it.
  The young lady who came on later that night to the front desk was very nice and helpful. There is not an ice machine on the first floor and she helped me get ice from the kitchen. She was cheerful and good customer service skills.
  The ladies working the breakfast area were excellent. They were working very hard and very attentive to the diners needs. Also great customer service skills.
  On our last stay, in the very EXACT SAME ROOM, I left feedback that tiles were broken in the bathroom. The same tiles along the baseboard were still loose and needed repair approximately 2 months later. On this visit I moved the trashcan in the bathroom. Behind the trash can was dust and lint, making it obvious the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned.
  To top it all off there was a centipede looking bug on the bed in the morning.
  This has always been our hotel of choice when we visit in this area, but there are many hotels to choose from in this area, so I think we will be trying somewhere different next time.

  One of the best hotels I have stayed in awhile. Very clean and friendly service. The pool was nice also. Very nice rooms and beds.
