Parked our cars here for three days and used their shuttle service to the airport. The drop off was fine, however the pick up was horrible. We waited at our terminal for an hour after repeatedly calling their front desk and being told “someone was on their way.” Lies. Don’t use this service if you are in a hurry. Such a headache and huge waste of time after an already super long day of traveling.

Great place to stay very friendly staff at front desk. They allow dogs is a big plus for us. Hard to find hotel that allows them. Thank you to them! Maid service very very nice. We were here a week and our maids were very professional. Always asked if we needed anything. Quiet rooms. Close to restaurant's. Will definitely come back here. Clean rooms and NO bugs yay! Again thank you staff for all you do here. Very much appreciated!

Stayed here one night in June '17 due to a missed connection. Amenities in the room were as expected for the price. However, the room was not very clean. The sheets had stains on them and the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke despite being a "non-smoking" room. The airport shuttle is shared between several hotels in the area, but was relatively quick nonetheless.

When I walked in to the room it smelled of hardcore Industrial solvents and prostitution. I tried to take a shower, there was used soap in the soap tray and on the side of the tub. The water overflowed over the side cutting my shower short. While the beds them self we're not terrible, I didn't trust anything to be clean. The pillows offered zero support. For the money I spent I could have just booked a real hotel. I have no idea how this place is rated as high as it is.

I waited over an hour for parknfly. They never came. I called multiple times, confirmed the gate. Customer service desk says the driver will call me, he never does. The shuttle finally comes and drives right by, never stopping at the confirmed gate.

Basically told when I get back to red roof inn after ubering that it's not their problem. Oh, and really they could not care less I lost $, time, and incredibly frustrated.

This needs to be made right, this was wrong.

Property overall is very run down and in need of updating throughout. Power flickered several times. Many many TV channels to choose from 👍. Pretty much get what you pay for.

Second time I stayed here and while a very convenient location would not recommend. Rooms are small and while it is a pet friendly area some of the long term folks don't mind there animals. Additionally folks seem to throw trash and food where ever. Lower priced for area but you definitely get what you pay for

The rooms are very basic, mini fridge microwave. That's fine because it's just a place to crash at night. I've been staying here for 2 months and a lot of the times there is literally no place to park as in every single parking spot is full so I go in to talk to the front office and he tells me it's not his problem go park somewhere else everyone else who has businesses around here cannot allow me to park there or they have to tow because they have to run their businesses which I can understand , i dont blame them because the red roof should have sufficient parking for the amount of rooms that they have. I am going to be checking out very soon and getting reimbursed for the extra that I have paid because I'm not going to put up with having my car towed it is expensive it is a waste of my time and they should reimburse. One of my other cars that I had here had the window smashed out and i inform them about it and they brushed it off as it wasn't a big deal. s*** came up missing again f****** tired of this. if you're flying in taking a taxi places just staying here for a night or two it's not that bad but if you have to Extended Stay I would recommend somewhere else

Actually not that bad. Clean rooms. Doesn't have shady people staying here. Downside is no breakfast and the wifi is god awful. I found the staff to be quite polite. Would stay here again if I needed to.

The location was great. Fifteen minutes from the airport. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was a little less than desirable. The bathtub faucet was broken but water did come out. The shower head was not good. It was fine for a place to sleep for a night when your flight is late at night.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. Walked in and found 3 cockroaches in the room. The room was just dirty. Wasn't worth $78

Room is okay, shuttle to from airport is a joke. The hotel shares shuttle van with 6 other hotels in the area, and the van is small, I was rejected boarding due to a large family ahead me occupied all seats, and I had to wait for 1 hour (the driver told me next ride is 10 min away, totally a lie). Taxis and User in and out DFW is particularly high due to tolls collected at the entrance. Save your life and choose a better hotel chain like HolidayInn or Hilton. Even super 8 is better than this.
