What made this visit a stand-out for me was the gracious hospitality and courtesy from the desk clerk Tonya. She gave such a warm and friendly welcome, and is a true asset to the company! Also worth noting is the shuttle drivers (both evening and morning). These gents both exceed my expectations. The spacious room (with king size bed) was comfortable and clean. When I first entered the room, the air was quite stuffy and warm. After I adjusted the thermostat, it improved in no time.
The room was clean and the beds felt great. The double bed room also included a refrigerator and a microwave. Breakfast selection was exceptional, which included eggs, sausage, biscuit, fruits, yogurt, several juices, and an easy to use waffle maker. Definitely coming back.
Employees are super nice at this location. The lady in charge of breakfast on Saturday morning was friendly and kept everything clean and tidy. She has a great attitude. This was the best breakfast we ever had at this location. As far as the room, it's clean but furniture is stained and worn.
We had a great experience here. Breakfast was great and the staff was super helpful. Even printed our boarding passes since there guest printer was down.
THE ROOMS WERE NICE AND CLEAN BUT I HAD A MAN USING THE WOMAN'S RESTROOM IN THE LOBY.. ALONG WITH 2 WOMAN (WITH HIM). THEY REAKED OF POT. I WENT TO THE FRONT DESK TO TELL THE RECEPTIONIST AND SHE LAUGHED AND JUST SAID THAT THAT WAS SO AND SO. AS A WOMAN USING THE RESTROOM I DO NOT WANT MEN IN THEM. PERIOD!!! I DIDN'T EVEN GET TO WASH MY HANDS BECAUSE OF THE POT FOG AND THE FACT THAT THERE WAS A MAN IN THE WOMAN'S RESTROOM!!!!!! IF THEY KNOW THIS PERSON THEY SHOULD TELL THEM THAT THAT IS NOT OK. FOR THIS I ONLY GIVE 2 STARS.. I DID NOT THINK THIS SITUATION WAS FUNNY AND IF IT WOULD HAVE BEEN MY DAUGHTER IN THERE THINGS WOULD NOT HAVE GONE WELL, I PROMISE!!
The staff are so welcoming and inviting. The rooms were thoroughly clean. The pool area was so wonderful. The hot tub was divine. The breakfast wasn't very good though. That's my only critique. The location was very ideal too there was even construction going on and it wasn't terrible to navigate through.
Nice and clean. Friendly staff. The airline out us up there and gave us a voucher. The hotel shuttle picked us up. And took us back. Everyone was nice. Good breakfast in the am.
It was a great stay only complaint I have is the key card readers are temperamental it takes more then a few tries to open the doors other then that its a good place to stay would have been awesome if the construction was going on but they cant control that. It is conveniently located by a dollar general and is pretty close to a Waffle House bug plus.
Pool is closed witch sucks. But the king suite are large and nice. They should give a discount for closing the pool. Upping my rating do to receiving a discount. Very good customer service.
Stay far away! I wish I could upload the photos we took as we turned this hotel into the City of Euless health department! This hotel is not as depicted in advertising. It looks attractive from the outside and the lobby is clean, but that is as far as it goes. The swimming pool area is structurally unsound. The ceiling is literally falling! Falling!!!!! There is mold growing on every surface! The waterfall not only does not work, the rocks are also falling. The hot tub is brown. There is a waterhose stretched across the floor running full blast, cold water in an attempt to keep water in the leaking tub/pool. Other than the health and safety hazards of the pool area, the mattresses are uncomfortable, there are stains on walls, and the day shift staff could care less if you are there. Save your time and move on down the road!! There are ample hotel options in this area.
The facility was adequate but the front desk associate named Josephine provided the worst "customer service" I have ever experienced while attempting to make a reservation and checking in on April 10, 2017. Josephine told me a room was available, but after I told her I had a reservation at a different hotel chain and would (and did) cancel if she had availability, she told me it wasn't available for the nights required. Josephine then told me it was my fault for not telling her how many nights I needed and said she would double book a room but that I would be responsible for confirming the last night's reservation with a manager the next day. After I expressed my frustration about having to confirm with a manager, Josephine told me she had already given me a good rate which was the same rate a manager, who had been standing nearby, asked her to match AFTER he heard me tell her I could book a better rate available online. When I told Josephine, again, that I was displeased with being asked to contact a manager to confirm the last night, Josephine said to me "It is not a problem, but you are making it a problem with your attitude." I then turned to my husband and asked him to confirm what she had just said to me. At that point, I stopped addressing her and asked my husband to handle it. He suggested that we find another hotel, but I chose to stay despite the awful service as I was uncertain that we would be able to find a availability due to holiday travel. Josephine then told my husband she could give us an upgrade (microwave and mini fridge) and said we no longer needed to contact the manager to confirm the last night's reservation. During the exchange, I asked for the manager who had since left.
In addition to this review, I am sending a letter to their corporate office.
Excellent hotel! Lovely decor, wonderful staff, excellent housekeeping, clean as a whistle. Appreciate the very smooth & quick transportation to DFW Airport at 4:00 AM.
( The loud non-English speaking boisterous patrons and loud televisions on our floor were definitely NOT appreciated after 9PM.) The walls seem very thin on the 4th floor.
The room was immaculate. I am severely allergic to everything under the sun, and I had no allergy issues in room 416 except the pillows were sub-par and uncomfortable.
